Thanks for the video used Part 1 & part 2 to pull apart my wife's Z6 cleaned the Brew head it was fairly easy to follow your video, all I did was play it backward when parts came in to put it back to together you saved us a ton of money because of this video
if you are installing new burrs, the plastic collar goes on after the lower and upper supports are re-connected. Otherwise, you can't reconnect them. This hung us up for 1/2 hr until we figured it out.
Thank you very much for the informative video. I have called Jura U.S., 4 times to try to have my z6 serviced but all I can do is leave a message and then they call back either 4,6, or more hours later when I can’t take the call, so that leaves me no choice but to repair this machine myself . Your video will allow me to attempt my own repair. I can only find part 2 of your video, is part 1 available? Thanks again!
Thank you very much. Thanks to you and your video I was not afraid to entirely disassemble and clean the brewing unit. I could remove all coffee moisture out of the Z6 (weird it is so dirty for a machine that price). Without your video I would not have managed to do this : to disassemble without destroying and to put back all the brewing unit parts together at the good place. But it is very hard to put back the side panels on the machine. There are videos to remove but no videos how to put them back in place. Have you produced such a video? Anyway, thank you very much again.
Ok I got it. The good way is to put back the water tank side panel first then the other side panel and only after that to put back the upper panel on top of the Z6. It took me 5 mn. Before doing this way it took me 2 hours and I failed. Thank you again for your video
Hey Copi! Is it recommended to to this service (clean the brew unit) before any problems occur? I purchased a used Jura Z6 from a company auction. It has over 12000 cups made and I dont know its service history if any. It is working great! But im a maintenence kinda guy. Should I try this even if it is working good? Maybe there are more parts in the machine that could use cleaning, or any orings that should be replaced? How often does jura recommend making this service?
Hello one question i have sane Jura z6.Does the grinder have 3 springs and balls inside below small blade or not?Cause u can't squeeze the grinder enough.Whatever i doo it moves and grinding isn't fine enough.
Very much a risk to do it in the sink! You can drop small parts down the drain. Do the disassembly and reassembly on a work bench on a towel that will grab the small parts you drop inadvertently. Check this out: ua-cam.com/video/d8MjFEXwY2Y/v-deo.html

I did not produce the video for how to put back the panel. To do that, you need effort to feel the slide on slot to lock.

To put back the upper panel. You need to push all side to make sure it will be fit before you slide.

It's better to clean and re grease, every 6 months. Also check the condition of every oring, you can replaced oring every year.

The new version grinder of jura are not having spring and balls.
They fit the lower burr on the plastic part, that's why it look like stuck on it.
would love to see which screw goes where..
What screw?
Wow nice
Informative
FOR z6 part 1??
Hi. I cannot take down side plastic... in back I no have normal scew// :(
you need to slide it up to remove. just use any flat type thing
I have this Z6, but the Mosfet located on the PCB, Q49, has blown off. Now the machine won't power in. Does anyone know what the Mosfet label is?
