I just finished this task on my C5. This demo was the perfect tutor.
Just removed membrane regulator from Jura E75 following your valuable instructions. Video is very helpful! Thanks a lot.
So many videos on how to replace the membrane, but this one shows you how to remove the pump! Nice job. Great video!
After my machine had been sitting for 6 months because of leaking I stumbled onto your video. Forty dollars and a half hour with your video and I'm up and brewing again. Thank you very much, no more naps in the afternoon I have my machine back.
Glad to hear it!
Perfekter Ratgeber. Hat exakt so funktioniert wie im Video. Vielen Dank!
Dear PartsGuru, thank you for the vid. It seems that my issue is not with regulator based on your explanations to others. I have hot water and steam from my ena5, however brewing coffee will have pump starts normally for a few seconds then turns very quiet, and it has hard time sqeezing coffee out from spout. Your advice extremely appreciated. Ta
This is a really common leak point. I change the membrane regulator any time I do a brew group overhaul or grinder burr replacement, just for good measure! One thing you can do is brew a coffee or get a hot water portion with the side covers of the machine off. Now you can visualize the valves, water tubes, membrane regulator, drainage valve, and all connections while the pump is running to see where you have a leak. You may have to do it a few times to find your leak. And keep your fingers out of the machine while you do this, that's live electricity in there!
I have a jura impresa S9 and i need to replace the water line that go in to the water pump. Any instruction how to?
i have problem with s9...tubes are clean,i also clean brew group, but waterdont go throught coffee spouts...is it possible that this membrane regulator is not working correctly and how to solve this problem?
The rubber mounting block is a very tight friction fit. After removing it, lubricate it with a bit of food grade lube and it will pop back in to place extremely easily. Try to clean the mounting recess that the rubber fits into as best you can, also.
Thank you for sharing insightful feedback.
Hi I have the Jura giga x8 professional Mark 1.The membrane regulator is different to yours it’s a push fit one can you help with this one .im struggling with the o ring placement and size required
Hi there, we have the membrane regulator that fits the GIGA X8. Part number is 001901. Below is the link:

My Jura Ena 3 is leaking from the connection between the tiny hose and the membrane regulator. Do I need to replace the membrane regulator or just the "O" rings? I have never seen any error messages, but just have the leak. Also, thank you so much for your wonderful videos! You're so helpful and generous to provide so much information on youtube!!
Hi Kathryn,
How does the membrane regulator look? Any signs of rust or white calcium deposits? If not, then simply change the black o-ring along with hair pin clamp. We sell the o-ring kit, part number 0011043.
Parts Guru thank you so much for your reply. The membrane regulator looks like new. I ended up taking it out and putting it all back together and it’s fine now.... I think the pin came loose, so I when everything was put back together the leak stopped. The only thing is... it didn’t have any lubricant, so I’ll buy that and some new “o” rings on your site to properly finish the job. Again, thank you! You’ve been so helpful with your excellent videos!
My newly purchased preowned Jura Impressa E9 has a leak under the right front part of the machine. Any solutions on what I need to purchase to repair ?
Hi, Sounds like the corroded membrane regulator that has started to leak. You can purchase it from our website along with the oval head tool that will help you remove the oval head screws from the rear panel so you can remove the side panels to replace the membrane regulator.
Part number: 0010639 (membrane regulator)
i mean hot water on steam valve...i dont have hot water on tea spout...i check water cycle and i saw air bubbles in tubes ...
How do I replace squeeze valve
I have an E8. Some time ago it began leaking--then all of a sudden it quit leaking. And that was months ago. This morning the coffee would grind, but no coffee water would come out of the 2 spouts. Is it possible that the membrane regulator needs to be replaced. Thanks
Hello Richard:
I recommend you purchase the oval head tool first to open the machine and find out exactly what's causing the issue. It very well could be the malfunctioning brew group but you won't know until you open your E8.
My Jura J9 dumps the water during cleaning in the rest water area where also the coffee residu comes to after coffee making.
The system sometimes says filling the water tank but there is still some water in.
And during cleaning with a special cleaning tablet, no water comes out, only in the residu area.
Is this a broken membrane or flow meter do you think?
It is difficult to tell without physically inspecting the machine. You can ship to us for repairs. We’re in Philadelphia, PA.
Parts Guru sending it will be to expensive. What is most of the time broken if the system dumps the water in the residu area and does not stream out at the front?
The strange thing is when I flush the system with water, water does come out the front. Only when I try to rinse the system the water gets dumped.
It’s odd because water uses the same passage for rinse and flush. Check the brew group drainage valve part number 0010645, or Y valve part number 0010577.
Parts Guru I checked the valves, cleaned the O rings, also checked the Membrane and Flow meter. All looked fine. After this only 1 time all the rinse program went fine but after this it was back going faulty, the water runs in the residue area and does not come out of the front. Any other suggestions?
Hi I have an impressa 9 with fill system stuck in it. making a loud noise when water button press. no water coming out from frothy wand. thanks.
Hi, is it the Impressa S9, F9 or E9? I suggest you open the machine to isolate the blockage in the hydraulic system. You’ll need the oval head tool to remove the rivet looking screws from the rear panel.
We sell the oval head tool. Part number is 0010635.
@@PartsGuruUSA Thank you for your reply. It is impressa S9 old model.
I suggest you order the oval head tool. Open the machine and check the internal components inside.
Hello
my jura f 50 works as soon as I plug it in, the pump only works and the water flows inside. nothing else works and the control panel remains off, the buttons have no effect
thank
Pierre
Hello, I suggest you take your machine to the local repair shop so they can diagnose the malfunction.
Maybe you could help me diagnose my F9? About half the time, it dumps the coffee directly in the drain tray. This started happening after a long period of disuse. Before that it was fine.
Replace the brew unit drainage valve. Part number is 0010643.
@@PartsGuruUSA Thanks!
@@PartsGuruUSA It worked! Thanks a million!
When tightening membrane it doesn’t stop in the vertical/12 o’clock position but the 6 o’clock position.
Hi Jim, dial it back half way so it aligns with the water tube going into the thermoblock. As long as it Singh tight, it should not leak.
That’s what I did-no leaks. Your videos were great. My 10 year old machine lives again.
is it possible to clean away that air bubbles from water cycle and how?Im a specialist for coffee machines like Rancilio,Faema,CMA but i have zero experience with this home coffe machines...
+hrvoje petrovic I hear you. Check the water I let to brew group. You can email us to request a parts diagram for the machine you're working on. Sales@partsguru.com
+Parts Guru i completely clean every tube on machine, and brew group too...now display shows me "fill system/press steam"...Any suggestion on that error code?
+hrvoje petrovic please descale the machine thoroughly. Descaling should clear out the calcium sediments inside the hydraulic system and should improve water flow
+Parts Guru how to do that...
+Parts Guru i appreciate on your help
What if it is the pump, where are the videos to replace the pump? We’ve replaced the membrane regulation, checked all the hoses it is now down to the pump. No videos on that.
Hi there have a Jura C9. It seems to be clogged up. When I do a clean and descale it works perfectly for like 4 coffees then it gets clogged up again. Could it be that the pump is failing?
Hi there, it could be the pump, but I think the machine might be suffering from other issues such as use of oily coffee beans etc. Are you based in the US?
Parts Guru unfortunately no I live in Gibraltar. Have used your videos to change the membrane regulator and the thermoblock. Haven’t changed coffees but when I dismantled one of the tubes there was like syrup inside. I do a full clean and then it works for like 4 coffees max then gets blocked again
i have steam and hot water,i already clean brew group
+hrvoje petrovic Then membrane regulator is fine. Do you have hot or cold water in the drip tray?
+Parts Guru may i start De-scale program without tablets?
+hrvoje petrovic Please email us so I can email you Descaling instruction. I am unable to attach PDF
Okay.
i have problem with s9...tubes are clean,i also clean brew group, but waterdont go throught coffee spouts...is it possible that this membrane regulator is not working correctly and how to solve this problem?
+hrvoje petrovic Hi, are you able to get hot water and steam? If so, then it's not the regulator. You want to check the brew group and the grinder.
