I was 32 yrs old, & that was my first new car. It was a sight to behold driving it out of the showroom! Mine had a 305ho with a 5-speed & T-tops. Man it was AWESOME
BUT I WILL SAY I LOVE THEM IN RED AND THAT WAS THE CAR I SAW FIRST AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THE BODY STYLE BUT I WENT WITH MEDIUM QUASER METALLIC BLUE AND IT'S A BEAUTIFUL COLOR LOL I WANTED THE 350 TPI BUT WITH T TOPS I COULDN'T GET IT AND WHAT A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW IS THE 305 TPI IS 235HP AND 300TQ AND THE 350 TPI WAS RATED AT 245HP AND 345TQ SO HP WISE ASIDE FROM THE TQ WASN'T A BIG DIFFERENCE SO I WENT WITH THE T TOPS.
I managed to get one after 24yrs of trying and I live in England! Lol do it fella, it will be the best car that you ever own...... And it turns you into a 12yr old again! 😵😂👍
T Tops can be just as much as blessing as a curse lol. Many a Camaro/ Firebird owner can tell you just how it feels to have one rip off on the freeway and leave you sayin wtf haha. They were hella sexy tho.
I have a 91 B4C Interceptor I got lucky with for 1800 lol. Ton of miles 125k to be exact lol but runs and drives like a brand new car with an immaculate interior still. Love my 3rd Gens.
Very clean for sure I currently have an 1984 with only 69,000 original miles one owner with the zebra seats that I purchased 2years ago and haven't had the chance to do anything to it as of yet because of my job schedule. This definitely gives me inspiration to get to it
THAT'S A BEAUTIFUL Z28 BUT HONESTLY I THINK MY MEDIUM QUASER METALLIC BLUE Z28 WITH 19THOUSAND ORIGINAL MILES LEATHER AND T TOPS AND AS OF TOMORROW IT WILL BE 30YEARS TOO THE DAY OF WHEN I PICKED IT UP AT THE DEALER.LOL NOT TOO SOUND LIKE A JERKS LOL YOU LOVE MY Z28 LOL NEVER SEEN RAIN OR SNOW LOL IT'S ALMOST PERFECT.
Beautiful car, I'm looking into purchasing a similar 1991 Chevy Camaro Z28 (black exterior and same red interior) with 350 BL2 V8 Option and Flowmaster dual exhaust. Has a bit more wear than this car, but if I can purchase it, plan to clean it up like this one you show in your video. Deserves the best care!
Great video. My dad has the exact same car with the same 5.7 liter engine! It runs but it needs new brakes lines. Where can I get the oem brake lines at? I want to get it fully restored
@@mirrorman2499 those 17” Iroc repo wheels are cool as hell, I wish they made the 91-92 wheels in 17” I just happen to like the original wheels better, at least for selling purposes anyway. Sell the car with the Iroc wheels but it’s worth more with the original Al’s on it that’s all I’m saying.
I found one of these in some what restorable condition. Red and the 5.7 tpi almost like this one... My plan was to swap the 5.7 out of this one and install in a 91 RS with T Tops that now has the 5.0 with a 5 speed I purchased at the same time as a packge deal from a friend... Watching this makes me want to restore it back to original... I was wanting to paint this one blue and drop a LS in it... What would you do?
Nice car but doesn't even compare to the ultimate Z28. The 1st generation Z28 and the 5th generation Z28 blow those 80s &90s Z28s in the weeds. Those are actual race cars
@@MSClassicCars You love mine.I ordered new in 92 25th aniversrey Z28 T TOPS GREY MEDIUM QUASAR METALLIC BLUE WITH 16 thousand original miles.Completely original.I actually love the stock rims.I wanted the 5/7 but with T TOPS you couldn't get it unfortunately. The other dumb mistake I bought it in automatic transmission. But other than that it's a awesome clean original 3rd gen.Lol I literally have a list of 6 friends that want to buy the car.But ian a collector and I own some serious rare car's mainly mustangs and Shelbys. But my camero was my first new car and it's going to die with me lol

Nah man, the factory 91 Z/28 wheels fit this car much much better.

Could not get T tops with the 90-92 Camaro's with the L98, however the t top option was available for the 90-92 Firebirds with the L98

Had this exact car 100% Got it used in 94 with 18,000 miles for 12995...loved it. Looking for a 89-90 iroc-z , gotta get my 3rd gen back

This style aged extremely well IMO. Looks great today.
Totally agree
Very nice Z28 but it needs the original wheels, not these iroc knockoffs
The original wheels were included. We preferred this wheels personally. :)
Yeah the red colored z had to have the original wheels, they had that tint of red on them. Looked amazing, wouldn’t have bought mine without them.
100% agree. The original wheels are a must have. Any knock off Iroc wheel looks OFF.
@@MSClassicCars- if you are going to sell the car as a "low milage original" then put the original wheels on it. 🤦♂️

My first New Car purchase was a 1991 Camaro Z28 5.7 with the G92 Performance Package in Bright Red with Black interior. I would love to have it again.
Wrong,Wrong and Wrong. Those Factory rims that came on that 🚗 were perfectly fine!
Well thankfully they were included. However, the person who purchased this vehicle loved the wheels we put on. :)
I own a 91 RS 5.0 Convertable. Aluminum rims/ painted red around perimeter accent. All original 43k miles.
Awesome

Had a 91 T top with this interior. My armrests were black though. Man I miss that car.
I really like that nice job

I think those wheels make the car IMO to each his own, but if anyone dont like those wheels they're smoking crack.

DIfference between the LB9 and L98?
Never heard of the LB9

Right the ones painted to match look sick.
