Thanks! We lost loads of the footage even some of the early morning sail in’s so very pleased that longer timelapse was still saved 😮💨 The carpet was pilling 😂 we like to be educational in our own way 🤣 Storage was good and definitely we are no more shower curtains 😜
100% agree with you about the Crystal Room. I just don’t get it; its such a beautiful venue, they seem to use it only for about 20 people to ballroom dance in every night! Also agree with you re: Iona - we have done 5 cruises with p&o ventura, azura, britannia twice, and this year we did Iona, & absolutely hated it. It was literally Butlins on Sea; the food was abysmal, we didn’t have a hot meal in 2 weeks. The cost-cutting as you say, is blatant. So we return to our beloved Britannia with some trepidation. This is the first year since 2018 that I havent booked with p&o the following year, and I am browsing Cunard, Princess, and Celebrity for us to try elsewhere. (We onlynsail from Southampton which seems to restrict us with sailings) Which would you recommend? Xx
Thanks! The cost cutting is a sad thing to see… especially when the price could be increased slightly to keep it still special without taking it out of people’s reach… All very different cruise lines there… all with benefits and dis benefits… would really depend on the cruise you are looking to do and style of cruise you enjoy more… suggest heading to our website and use our cruise enquiry form and we can help you with Emma Otter our recommended TA 😃
I went in May back to the Fjords. It was my 3rd time on Britannia, she’s such a lovely ship.
Lots of nostalgia for us but agree a lovely ship
Loved the highlight piece, especially the timelapse sail away… great job, there!
Pilling 🤣
Cabin storage looked good, and thank God no curtains!
Thanks!

Britannia was the first cruise ship I sailed on, 2 weeks to the Caribbean back in 2019.
Ooo nice 2 weeks Caribbean sounds lovely right about now 😊 let’s all go back 😂

Never felt it on Britannia, but it was a short cruise, twice on Iona bit too big. Love Aurora and Arcadia
Iona is definitely a lot bigger than Britannia
