    I am a 44 year old woman with 3 grown up children. I have always been very slim, in fact underweight, even though I eat a lot and don’t exercise but have a prominent tummy. My brother and father got diagnosed with fatty liver. When my sister and I got checked we have fatty liver too and I have insulin resistance and estrogen dominance too. So if you don’t look fat like me but have an unhealthy lifestyle then do not think you are healthy. Thank you Dr. Saab you are a blessing for us desis, your videos are always helpful.

    You can make a great vitamin smoothie at home.
    Parsley.
    Cilantro
    Turmeric
    Black pepper
    Small apricot badam
    Karela
    Olive oil
    Papaya leaf extract
    Black seed.
    You can freeze all veg and make smoothie for a week.
    Don’t add the papaya leaf extract till you are about to consume.

      @@safinasliving yes, without sugar, you can use pure honey and/ or pink salt (or black salt / or sea salt/ black pepper) as per taste..
      Reason for mentioning the salts as table salt is harmful to health as it cause b.p.issues but the Himalayan pink salt and other salts has minerals which is not harmful as the table salt..
      Honey is still best option if you're looking for sweet drink that heals and detoxifies.. lemon honey mint blend with ice fill in bottle and use regularly with all kinds of food also helps in digestion..
      Also one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass or water helps liver cleanse..watch Dr Eric Berg on UA-cam for more .. as he has advanced natural ways of treating different issues.. really helpful..
