How often can you adjust the PH during the brewing process? I treated my water for the first time on my most recent brew. I followed Brewfather and ended up overdoing the lactic acid addition, lowering my Ph to 4.8. I didn't realize it was that low until my mash was done (before the boil). I wasn't sure if I could add baking soda at this point, but I did anyway. So i brought my Ph up to 5.3 before the boil. After the boil it was down to 5.1, so i added a little more baking soda again before i pitched the yeast. All that to say, is this normal? and thank you for the great video!

I didn't like your video because most of the video about the tools than the benefits and how to get there.
