My A4 ingested a few valves and locked up so solid that I couldn’t turn the engine over to remove the flex plate bolts. I had to do these same steps and remove the head just to be able to hand crank over the engine for the removal process. Great video! I couldn’t have done a lot of my A4 rebuild without your content!!

Quick tip on getting that exhaust loose. I double nutted it and backed out the threaded posts instead. Made it much easier. Thought I’d pass that along.
Is it possible to replace the manifold gasket against the block without taking the turbo off the catalytic? I replaced the turbo and I believe I have a leak there
Hey man idk how to contact you but is it possible to install upgraded rings on old bad ring design piston on 2.0tfsi or only way to go if updated piston aswell ? thanks !

Easier to just pull the stub axle shaft out of the transmission and pull the engine out with torque converter attached, albeit messier.

Wish I knew I didn't have to get the bottom bracket on the head loose. Somehow I managed though.😂

There's no valve cover gasket. Just an green anaerobic sealant . He has videos where he shows how he removes the old and applies the sealant
