I had a LOT of fun with the Peasants Revolt series and while it is still kinda amateur hour, it's full of fun combat, carnage, twists and turns. If it gets popular someday through the slow work of the algo's, I'll either continue it or do a playthrough like it. Cheers!

Discovered your channel recently and i love every minute of your content even the long battles. Was curious to if there was a Japanese mod for this game based around the feudal era i would love to see a series like that in the future.
I think the closest to can come to regulate the army like that is that you can set the cost of their army. don't think you can tell them to not upgrade though, but should help the micromanaging some (if it works)
Few months late but i really dont mind if you have like a few higher upgraded troops. After killing thousands of them surely some armor would have survived to be used for upgrading. Or for some roleplay element the higher tier troops were preparing to disguise themself for a mission but you got attacked while they were gearing up.
The comments about the good PC are interesting to me because while it’s cool to have a really great PC that can run everything well, one of the appeals of bannerlord for me was that my shitty PC could run it at good speed without reducing all graphics to potato. Obviously there are situations where there will be stuttering or whatever but usually it runs well, and most games now have graphics so crazy you can run them without a super computer, so one of the reasons I live bannerlord is the simplicity in the graphics allows you to enjoy it without having an ultra expensive computer.
I think you're dead on. I use to play Bannerlord very happily at 1080p with 1000 units on the field and an older $1000 pc(like $1000 five years ago, probably $200 today), and it DID run well. I just found that as my own financial situation strengthed, and my love of extremely beautiful graphics grew, I could plop down the funds for a nice PC today with high end 4k monitor, or at least for me high end, without really hurting my financial situation...
At first i thought the horse killer comments had gotten to you, but then i decided you were just being efficient in the opening! How are you liking the 2H maul? I used one back in warband but haven't given one a try in bannerlord. Busy few weeks here so might be a bit..
I LOVE the maul, but it's not the most efficient killing machine. Still for this series, where I want Zuvan to be a factor but not THE factor, it's perfect, plus it fits the narrative of clubbing legionairys with a blacksmiths maul... I'll get busy too, just hope guys don't mind if it's a few episodes a week once Summer starts instead of 4-5...
Also just came to me, for this challenge you could use one of the unlimited mods to up your personal party size which effectively would make you an army of one but give you complete control over upgrades.
And no archers/cav?? Basically have to shieldwall or square and wait for them to run out of arrows and charge... Then you want to shock and shield... I've never tried this. Guess it's time for another good ol' custom battle...
@@redarmy1938 A handful of attemps *almost* yielded victory, but against tier 4, 5 and 6 horse archers, I wasn't able to win infantry only against khuzait. I'm sure there's a way to do this but as of now, I'm stumped. Now this is in the open field, in the RIGHT terrain, you can massacre horse archers with infantry... Let me know if you want me to try and show that kind of battle, but usually my custom battles are in the open...

Ya, heard that before about Zizka, basically a guy waaay before his time, complete with the first battlefield 'tanks', five hundred years before WW I.
