Indeed! One issue with artificial sweeteners though, they sensitize you to sweet, they make you want more versus just cutting them out completely or mostly. @ honey is definitely better then sugar due to all the micronutrients honey has. But it should still be eaten with caution since it will spike your blood sugar if eaten in large amounts at a time. Fruit will not spike your blood sugar since it comes with plenty of fibre to slow the release of fructose.
@ also I think consuming artificial sweeteners is better than sugar since sugar will cause your blood sugar to spike which will lead to a crash and even more craving for sugar. But cutting out sugar is the best solution.
@@patriciashears25 Aldi has simply nature organic all beef hot dogs uncured and grass fed Walmart has a market side brand that is grass fed but not organic no preservatives no nitrates there are several Kroger brand has organic vegetarian fed beef hot dogs with out nitrates and preservatives. I mainly go for the Aldi and Walmart ones

The beef hotdogs I eat have no nitrates and no preservatives.
