This time I used your fish buns video to show them(Japanese) how to make it . In Japan also have like these, they called [kari-pan] and they fry not bake. I am thanking to you that show in a video how to make fish buns. I hope you don't mind that I use your method. It is really help me to show our country's foods. If you can come to Japan one day I will help you to do a class for Japanese.
We made from this recipe and it came well nice and soft. Thank you so much for your lovely teachings. The cooking time was the only difference. We are in Australia and our oven cooked it in about 8 minutes. 200c would be enough for us. Malu pan was a favourite food we like to eat when we come to Srilanka. Now we can enjoy it here also. I am a 65 yr. old grandma. My next receipy is going to be the baked pasta one you did using fish. Will make a comment after making. We are in US in Florida.
