Oh yeah, honestly I am aware that while I definitely learned a lot from when I started, there is SO much more that I'm still horrible at. I am not done with Tekken 8 forever, though... It will be back.

As a Victor main, I see that there is a lot of work people put into always avoiding my traps. Would love to play you sometimes. When the update comes just find ‘Filthy Casual’ (Ganyu).
Are you a Zafina main? I remember using her in Tekken 7 as my sub main, but just as with Jack 7 I could not make the transition between game mechanics. When you already have a predisposition to use certain moves, you kinda find it hard to learn the new playstyle. Plus I hate they removed Jack’s 422 (held) Unblockable. It was my favourite move. I played Yoshimitsu for a while before finally landing on Victor. I don’t play too often (due to work and other games), but I consider myself at least a red rank Victor specialist at this point.
Yeah, I made a poll and the channel chose Zafina for me! But I know what you mean, you learn your autopilot for specific characters and it can be difficult to learn a new one.
3:45 honestly, I don’t like that Victor as a Victor main. He uses the u11 combo (which is too unsafe) and very weird offence that left too much gap for interruption. One thing you might want to practice is different getup animations. Don’t listen to those who say “Walking backwards is best”. That is a lie. Sometimes, you want to press up into immediate grab if someone is trying to steel pedal (mid that hits grounded). Tekken is a very knowledge-checking game. So many setups lose in front of basic Tekken skills like sidestepping. It’s why pros can beat noobs with characters they are bad at.
