The whole finisher is dope. Thats how it should be. Not some lame build up like the rest and one big finish. It adds a lot of character and shows he's a wrestler.

King’s super is actually a mixture. The majority is based off of Kevin Mask’s finisher “Big Ben Bash” from Kinnikuman and then instead of landing in a driver position he lands in is actually an Octopus Stretch which he used in Tekken 2 and Tekken 6
Max is correct though, it lacks impact and is visually confusing thanks to how loud and ornate King's appearance is, not to mention that the opponent's form can partially obscure the final pose. It needed another few weeks of planning, for sure.

And jin's rating definitely has a hefty bias with it that shit is like a 5.5 it might be the worst one in the game. xiaoyu's super which you did shortly after his is definitely better
@@PonchitoPoncho2050 nahh I can't sign off on that one. jin gives you a single low impact punch with a bunch of sparkly effects and barley any personality to speak of. There's actual choreography. camera work and personality with xiaoyu's super. I honestly can't see the redeeming part of jin's one

As someone who speaks spanish, Azucena’s subtitles are INSANELY botched to the point of being distracting, even on story mode, can’t imagine how different are the rest of the subs for other characters against what they are actually saying.
the problem with Victors super that makes it a shitty/10 for me is that when he pulls out his sword he kinda just stands there... and then it cuts to him slashing, when i feel like it should've been an unsheathe into slash type thing. once you notice the awkward cut you start to hate the super
I'm actually surprised how great Steve Fox's was. The pacing switching between fast and slow, and sound of hits, and the not even needed energy wave at the end make it a 10.
The coffee is a missed opportunity but the one that annoys me the most is Dragunov, he's cold... ok, but like he's also a military commander and i feel like you can do something with that, introduce a partner character who's a sniper or something, it could be his girlfriend who says words, he throws you one way and a sniper shot bounces you back into his ff2, puts his finger to his ear and says "HMM!" and someone throws in a grenade off screen, a tank crashes into the stage and blows you up, so many things.

Paul's Rage Art in Tekken 8 is almost the same as the one he had in Tekken 7, but it looks so much better and has so much more impact. Really goes to show how a little extra cinematic framing and pacing can go a long way!
I would love à fighting game where your super is kinda like the heat system. You do the super move. Then you are all powered up and there is a lot of camera effect added for you. And you get access to multiple finisher. Basicly super mixed with a custom combo and a few finisher to make animé sequences.
Yoshimitsu's rageart is so much better when he's doing it on Bryan. "My sworn Enemy/No Mercy/DIVINE JUSTICE" Also Lars' rageart is pulled straight from Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm where he made a cameo.
Man they missed out on a big Ippo reference for Steve. Just imagine Steve going in for a Liver blow then Gazelle punch and finishing them of with the Dempsey Roll. I liked King's T7 RA better.

I disagree jin super is pretty damn good especially with initial shot of his wing. While the Xiao Yu is way weaker.
