- Опубліковано 26 лип 2020
- This is a guided mindfulness meditation that will help you to learn to be more mindful, calm, relaxed, and free of anxiety throughout each day. It will help to bring awareness to your mind and thoughts through spoken voice and ambient music. It is great for anyone from beginner to advanced.
Although totally optional, I suggest that you have a notebook or sheet of paper and pen handy. This will be used as a part of this meditation thought exercise.
This is a new version of a meditation that I created several years ago. I updated it with new sound and visuals. I hope you find that it helps you learn more about yourself and how your mind and thoughts work!
I created a 12-page meditation guide that I want to share with you! If you like my work, just sign up for my email list at my website: www.mindfulpeacejourney.com. I put a lot of work into it to make it a great resource for you, so I hope that you enjoy and find great benefit. Thanks for listening!

It can be surprising when we actually take the time to observe our thoughts. I hope you enjoy and learn from practicing this new perspective!
I usually have a hard time trying to keep my thoughts out of my mind while meditating. This time that I was supposed to let them flow, I reached my perfect meditative mind with no thoughts, no past, no future, Just the now. Thank you🙏
You cannot have no thoughts and no meditation teaches you to stop them because its impossible. Its always about noticimg and refocussing
This one is better than most mindfulness meditation available on UA-cam. Learning to observe thoughts without interacting with them is core of meditation and very few people taught this on UA-cam. Thanks.
Yes, I agree!! Thank you for the comment. 🙏❤️

Thank you. Your voice alone is a meditation.
I observed a thought of sadness, a thought that brought anxiousness and a thought of distress but it’s just that, a thought. I am not in the past nor the future. Thank you for your powerful words allowing me to meditate 🧘♀️

Everytime you catch your attention going somewhere else, you observe it and bringing it back to present moment that’s a victory 🙏🏼✨ awareness is consciousness

A year ago I thought there was one type of mindfulness related meditation, definitely not the case. I discovered this type in a wonderful book written by a PhD researcher whose backed up the value with fMRI imaging studies and thousands of study participants.
Please explain more
Very grateful that i found you
Thankyou 🙏❤
In this meditation, should we write down every thought that comes to our mind and then return to our meditation?

lol i almost fell asleep wow

Interesting. I'm 48 and 9 out of 11 random thoughts were about my childhood home.
Wow! Isn't it surprising what you observe?
Interesting! Lots of anxious and annoyed thoughts!

you sound like the giant spider from the movie spaceman.. good movie if anyone finds it interesting
my second thought was, wow I'm totally ripped out of my meditation by this. not for me.
Couldn't get that 1st thought oit of my head. Horrible
You don't have to get it out. Just observe it.
I find the background music overpowers your voice and I can’t concentrate on your words,
Nope
Thank you so much
You're most welcome!
