I have changed my blades twice so far in about a 24-year-old mower Kubota Zero turn And it really wasn't that bad you just have to pay attention to how they come off! I mean that by I also put new ball bearings in one of the wheelhouses! But I have never seen blades like what you have LOL! I take a grinder every year before summer and sharpen them! I think that keeps them good My first blades lasted about 18 years before I changed them!

My kids love dumping random bricks they find all over the yard and I’ve hit so many mowing and my blades always look chewed up like the ones in the beginning of the video 😂 I always try to change blades with the deck on and man there’s always crud stuck on the star and a total pita to get new blades on. 😅
that is what happened with these. Even using a floor jack under the tractor, I could not get enough leverage to get them off. Unfortunately I had to take the mower deck off.
Must be that cement grass! Most likely its the first time they have been removed. Makes me wonder if its ever bee greased?

yes I sharpen my blades 2x per year and they come off easily. At the beginning of the video I mentioned that was my neighbor's mower deck and blades.
