If your train is equipped with KVB SNCB AM08 then you can go through Quevy although you need to ask the train dispatcher to actually change the voltage SNCB 3kv DC SNCF 25KV 50hz AC then go to the French side of Quevy.

In the past this line was also part of Brussel to Paris and v.v. before the time of TGV and Thalys!
