I just realized I'm an introvert when people were making comments saying that I was too shy and quiet. I have been this way since I was a kid, and I was always teased. I'm proud to know who I am now!
Introvert love doing things alone and watching others from afar. Even working in my own office pleases me the most. And enjoying my own home doing what I love most. Crowds definitely are not for me. You nailed introverts.

Both my parents and sis are extroverts and I can hardly withstand them or get along with them in some things. They're so exhausting and demanding ppl. I'm only one empathetic who notice details of everything that they just don't. Also I'm the type of introvert with Social Anxiety Disorder so this makes it even worst than the introvertism is along.

I had to grin the whole time because I see myself in it 100%. As a kid, I got ban questions from adults. My mom was confused every time I bombarded her with questions. Now, as an adult, I ask questions and figure out the answers myself. People often think I'm stupid just because I don't gossip or don't talk much, especially in meetings, but then they're always surprised at what I can do and how I answer their questions. I love surprising people and I'd rather they think I'm stupid and be pleasantly surprised by me than the other way around.
The old "children are seen and not heard' adage. Great piece of advice for a child, you become more of an introvert and forget how to verbally articulate your thoughts. I stopped talking for fear of saying the wrong thing. Fortunately I just read copious amounts of literature fiction and non-fiction, studied every topic that was of interest and gained qualifications in multiple areas. When you eventually do say something, the assumptions and misconceptions people make become redundant.
I used to enjoy being complemented about having a high intellect. Now it bores me because I had to earn the knowledge, we are not born with it.

Introvert!!!! Social settings give my anxiety I think it's in my brain, I like constructive conversations about science and life.. extroverts also give me anxiety/ panic attacks. I'm getting anxious typing about it 😅

Social settings can definitely set off my anxiety. Extroverts can rub me the wrong way sometimes. I've found many extroverts feel the same about introverts. The two worlds are just too far apart

Being an introvert isn't lonely..its liberating.. you don't have to sit through boring meetings and mindless conversations...or listen to senseless drivel....I even avoid my friends and fsmily if I don't feel like seeing them..I enjoy my own company...I've laughingly said talking to myself is the only intelligent conversation I get...

I am a happy introvert ! I don’t seek out friends but I attract people , some who become friends ! Most people just need someone preferable a stranger to get things that are bothering them out of their heads so they can” see “what is the problem ! We introverts fill that need I believe! A nonjudgmental person they feel safe in telling their worries too !
Just because we don't like big crowds and loud people doesn't make us not cool to be around 😊 I don't see much family and don't have many friends but that's cool with me 😁 love my own company 🙂 and I only really go out if I have to for food or clothes shopping

I am an introvert. I am attractive to nobody because nobody knows me. I avoid social settings completely. Human interaction is extremely minimal. When it is required it is done in a manner that emulates the interaction between a client and a merchant or service provider. Then I part ways as, quickly as possible. There is no chance I am found attractive to anybody.

@@jacktheglide9411 People do not realise the more one socialises, the more one loses of themself. I have seen brilliant individuals slowly slink into idiocy as they begin socialising more. I have witnessed no exception to this. Those that collaborate temporarily, for a common goal, are not socialising. They are on a mission. Those that gather just to be in the pointless company of others actually socialise. They will deteriorate if they keep socialising regularly.

V never fit in im a loner i dont think like anyone i know im different to everyone else my opinions are different to most the way i think and the things i think about i have wide wacky thoughts which most dont so iv always been misunderstood becuase most dont understand me so they think its me thats weird just becuase they will never comprehend it so they think there right and normal and im not but i know that it is me who is totally normal its actually them thatare mad not me i love deep meaningful conversation about anything really i find life very tedious cuz its not challenging or interesting a lot of times im not at all insecure i love to see how things work not peeps telling me how it works small talk bores me to death and iv been searching virtually all my lifetime to meet someone like mebut they just ain't out there i feel bit like an alien iv always been on outside looking in still am i dont think im better than others but im defo different thank god i feel often isolated cuz i have these far reaching thoughts that bo one else does well I dont know anyone quite like me ita so complex being me i often contradict myself and find it very hard to Express myself so i appear odd and vague to most i know myself very well i could literally go on for ages im not to content cuz i just don't fit in anywhere really but oftn it suits me im good with own company don't need anyone approval be great to meet someone like me preferably a female haha

Yes iv always observed and studied peeps and there behaviour i notice loads of things that most dont i notice patterns similarities i can't help it i don't know about other introverts but i am very good with faces i can recognize someone who i met 40years ago instantly and often remember what we talked about or what they said to me is it a trait that other introverts have?
The more time you spend alone the MORE time you have to learn something new. LIKE A new language for example.
I'm an Ambivert i got he best of both worlds. although i can barely introduce myself to new people i can manage a good long conversation with others. I'm a Good Listener but also I'm talkative. i like to blend with large group but still i prefer to have a smaller circle of close friends. i don't enjoy being a loner but i can finish many tasks while I'm alone.
You can imagine I have over 5000 contacts in my phone but days can count to month when I have spoken to 5 people only out of 5000 contacts. That's how this introvert trait can take me..

Introvert but I'd rather died Fr. I hate it. This puts me in such uncomfortable position in society having these traits. People who are extroverts don't even realize how they are lucky 🍀 due to their blind personality. Another problem. I think as I'm an introvert I provably attract in most cases ONLY extroverted girls 🫤 I don't think the Extrovert Gf would be a good match for me because I need someone that will as empathetic as me.
