I have a sensitive scalp. I personally like my hair short, it grows rapidly tho for no frickin reason. If you have a sensitive scalp i just suggest you wash your hair w shampoo and conditioner normally every other day. You might have more of a sensitive scalp, but this works for me just fine. Hope this helped :D
Definitely do not use a scrub! This can harm your scalp if it is sensitive! You can use a shampoo bar as they are very gentle1 Do not rub the bar on your head, just rub it on your hands and apply the foam to your scalp gently! Use a gentle conditioner that is not too thick as this can build up on your scalp! You can get the conditioner on your scalp if you like, but you can also apply it on the lengths and ends only. I hope you are doing ok, and i wish you all the best! You don’t have to listen to me, but these are just some friendly tips! Have an amazing day1
I also had alopecia due to hormone problems and now covid too but I managed to regrow my normal hair, my husband heard of a shampoo and tonic here in Romania they are called Parusan, don't know if you can find it in your country. Im glad we bought them cuz I was already googling wigs lol. And then there is the traditional nettle tea of course, you have to rinse your hair every evening with it, but i was too lazy to do that lol. Im glad with this shampoo.

What is the name of the conditioner? I couldn't see it good enough to tell what it was. It looks like it made your hair real nice and shiny very pretty.
Since no one replied, yes use an oil but if your hair is straight/wavy than rinse it out after 30 minutes-3 hrs, but if your hair is curly, afro, or anything really full hair than you can keep it in.
HI TAYLOR! Can you please make a video about what conditioner to use with what hair type? My current conditioner is heavily fragranced and trying to find one for my wavy dry hair.
I have terrible hair loss since 15 years old. All the females of my moms family has very thin hair and some balding. I have enough hair to cover my head but it’s so thin that any parting makes it obvious I can only use 1 hair style to hide it it’s very sad as a women I feel hair is important to feel confident at least for me. They are super gentle! I’ve had it for two years and it has helped a lot- much better than using your nails- the bristle parts are pretty soft and bend :)
I have really knot prone/tangle prone curly hair (im mixed). Even after detangling my hair it retangles to an extent within minutes. It would be literally impossible to scrub in a circular motion without severely tangling my hair or even matting it. Are there any alternatives?
Although I'm am a man I have been growing my hair for 3 years and it has gotten down to my shoulders but I didn't know how to keep it growing since it seemed to dramatically slow down around 6 months ago and only stumbled across this now, It would have been helpful if I was able to see this earlier in my life
I have curly hair... I'm lazy let's be honest. I usually use the evanyc 10-1 and just throw it up after it air dries. This is def motivating me go take care of myself. Any suggestions?
I tell people that conditioner is like a lotion for your scalp not just for detangling and moisture on strands. Why no conditioner on scalp? Maybe if you have oily probs?
buy detangler spray, or try and avoid your roots. conditioner makes on roots damages them and make them SUPER oily when your hair dries, i learned that the hard way.
I can still brush it after it dries but i need to condition all the way because my hair is so far from soft as it comes when wet. Like it makes noise when i stroke it. And it hurts if i try to run my fingers through it.
Right I gotta ask... Is this necessary? I have always just used regular old shampoo and conditioner about 2 times a week. I blow dry my hair when I feel like it. My hair has always looked super healthy and I'm nearly 30. I never even thought of additional hair care until I started seeing these posts.... Since when did caring for hair get this complicated? I get it if there's a special reason, but in general, surely you'd just damage your hair from overuse of products?
I’m happy I have short hair and it’s impossible to do this with my hair because my hair is like 3 inches long and the rest of it is a number for buzz cut
Then you create alternatives that perform the same. Gentle oat and rice water scrub for scalp, your regular shampoo that contains SLS, no-silicone conditioner on the ends. It's pretty easy?
@@jessmarie148 that all is fine but you can clearly see in the video that she is using aggresive circular motions that may lead to breakage and damaging of the hair

"scrub the beads into your scalp" Ah yes, plastic beads will definitely help your hair to grow strong and beautiful, and it'll feed fish and sea birds down the line, too!
If you have straight hair, no. The natural oil slides easily down the straight shaft. But if you've got curly hair, I think you do need extra hydration at the scalp and roots because of the hair pattern. Look up what's right for your hair.
