When Jango gets decapitated, right before the helmet hits the ground you can see in the shadow that his head flies out at 44:33
So thankfully Boba was only holding the empty helmet
I always thought the awkward scenes between Anakin and Padme made total sense. What was he, 16-18? Brave and in love? Living a completely Monastic life devoid if any flirtation? Approaching his first girl? How else was he supposed to act 😂
Anakin is 19 and Padme is 24 in this. They only have 5 years between them. People think the age gap is bigger because in the first movie the age gap was big between the two actors, but i the story its always been 5 years.
Exactly. First girl, and he got the kiss . Almost everyone's first kiss is awkward.
No. George Lucas actually thought this was romantic. And still no real reason why she would fall in love with such a douche.
And mind you She is OLDER than He Is AND he had a crush on her since childhood! And yet we are supposed to laugh at him babbling about "sand"...yeah, right, cause that would NEVER EVER happen to any of us during our teenage years, correct? 🙄
@@OndrejSlad exactly,he did better than I did with my first girl as a teenager.
I think everyone who saw this movie back then had a crush on Padme.
You are not alone.
I had to scroll back up and read this comment properly. For the fraction of a second that it took me to scroll past it, I mid-read it as Palpatine.
I was not expecting this kind of energy. But I am 100% for it.
The most out of left field video Tofu could possibly make. Nobody asked for it, but everybody secretly wanted it. Great job, fantastic reaction as always.
“A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.”
30:54 Sir Christopher Lee has also played a James Bond villain, a Sherlock Holmes villain, as well as Dracula and several others. His life before becoming an actor is even more amazing.
And a certain Lord of the Rings villain....
He was also several Aliens In Space 1999 UFO and a dozen other sic fic series and shows in the 60's. I'm just surprised he never appeared on Dr. Who.
The fact that he played a Bond villain is the absolute best when you remember that Sir Christopher Lee was the inspiration for James Bond himself.
He could've played James Bond. But no, he played a guy who wanted to kill James Bond. Sir Christopher Lee was a straight up legend.
Sir Christopher Lee played Dracula more times on screen than Bela Lugosi.
@@BrotherDerrick3X didn't bela lugosi only play dracula once?
No reason to be sorry…its my favorite too. I think alot more people love it than the online discourse would lead us to believe
In the part where Jango Fetts head is cut off by mace windu, there’s a shadow where his head falls out of the helmet, so boba isn’t picking up his dads head, just the helmet
The filming location for Anakin's and Padme's wedding was the Villa del Balbianello on Lake Como, Italy. And yes, a TON of people book that location for their weddings too, and with good reason!
I am also emotionally attached to Episode II. It's the first movies I can remember watching in a theater.
I love how random this video is, just coming in hot with the middle entry in a trilogy. It feels like you made this for an audience of one, _you_ , and I respect that energy. lol
It was another great one, Tofu. Your movie commentaries are always a good time, and as a big Star Wars fan myself, I really enjoyed this one. I'd love to see you do some of the other movies, but I'm looking forward to whatever it is that comes next.
Dooku is probably my favorite Star Wars villain. Sir Christopher Lee brought so much gravitas and posh menace to the role. I remember when I heard his voice in the movie theater for the first time and I was like: "Holy shit, this guy is The Villain."
My dad got me started on the Original Trilogy, and he and I saw every single Star Wars film in theaters since. Some of the best memories I've had with him. It's great to see that you've got great memories of Star Wars with your dad!
Episode III was my first Star Wars movie, and has always held a special place in my heart. That is also to say that I love the prequels as they were my real introduction to the world of Star Wars, and as a a like 5 or 6 year old I thought the concept of a lightsaber was the coolest thing ever. Which then was quickly followed by me stealing my brother's toy lightsaber and have it clipped to my pants while also wearing a blanket over my head.
i love how she “over analyzes” little things and the way she articulates her thoughts.. it’s very refreshing lol. this was probably one of the best star wars reactions i’ve ever seen 😅
I NEVER hated the Prequels. I honestly loved all three of them the first time I saw them. While I agreed that, except for Episode 3, they were nowhere near as good as the original trilogy, I firmly believed the prequels did not deserve all the hate they got.
I hated JarJar. Still do.
@@lsu1992 Darth Binks is the best wdym
@@lsu1992 Congratulations, but inclusived today BETTER than new characters in the sequels
The head falls out of the helmet before the kid goes and picks it up, you can see the shadow of it falling out of the helmet
Yes!! Attack of the clones is a top 3 Star Wars for me and I’m so happy to see other people giving it the love it deserves. I also recommend some of the animated and live action Star Wars shows if you want more Anakin and obi wan, seriously some of the best content of them in those shows.
Samuel L Jackson refused to have any other colored lightsaber and they didnt want to lose him, so they gave him purple.
I love your editing! Great video 💚
Queen, I actually empathize with ya on your first statement. I too grew up with the prequels, especially the second one, and I loved that chapter. So, yeah I full on love that you mention that! You rule, Queen
I actually met Hayden Christensen this Summer. He still acts, but he is extremely selected and on the down-low about it. His main source of income is working as a farmer now. I actually like that. He is very nice and humble. Plus, it was refreshing to meet a celebrity that wasn’t highly corrupted by the Hollywood machine.
Finally, I get a review from someone who loves Episode 2, my guilty pleasure from all star wars movies despite the hate of the fandom
Ayo the game/film edits and dialogue for the sponsored segment... *chef's kiss*
Attack of the Clones has always been my favorite Star Wars movie. I like that it's finally getting some appreciation.
And I think your dad did a great job - Star Wars should only be watched 1-6 (with Rogue One in-between 3 and 4).
1:50
So I get to call Tofu mommy and Episode III? Yes please!
The robots were replacing the broken glass window panes Kebobi had smashed through.
Ackchually you can be horny as a jedi. Sex is permitted, attachment is not. Weird, I know.
The actor who played JarJar went into a depression after the prequels. I hope he's working/happy now.
He went on to write direct, and produce the pilot for a television show called This Can't Be My Life. And he has steadily worked in TV and film despite all the lies that he became a toothless proprietor of a porn magazine shop. And yes that really was a rumor someone started on the interwebs during the height of the prequel flame wars online.
39:21 - 39:57 I used to do the exact same thing when I watched this movie as a kid. My favorite parts were the bounty hunter chase in the beginning, and the droid factory scene onwards. I'd just watch those parts and skip everything else. I used to think I was the only one that did that. Now I know that I wasn't. lol. Great reaction. :)
Glad to meet another true fan of the prequels! I'm proud to say that the prequels made me a Star Wars fan. I had seen the OG trilogy first but it never caught my attention. After I saw episode I, II, and III. I rewatched episodes IV, V, and VI and had a new found respect for em. With that being said. Please mommy. React to Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith 😅
Your hair always looks amazing!
You really did it! I half expected you to be kidding when you talked about doing an AotC reaction. lol
I love your enthusiasm for this movie. It's got its flaws, sure, but I'm right there with you. And not just when it comes to the bi girl gushing...but definitely that too. :P It's an interesting watch, seeing this movie (that I'm probably _too_ familiar with) again through your eyes, cuz you're _way_ more critical than I am of so many of the technical aspects. You raise a lot of good points, though. Meditate on this, I will.
Won't be playing your drinking games, though. Pretty sure that shit would kill me. lol
I also promise not to lore dump on you, but your whole point about the ethics of a clone army is one that has been _thoroughly_ explored in other SW media, and yeah, it's kinda fucked up. You're also very right about the institutional flaws of the Jedi and the way those flaws lead to years of failing to help Anakin process his compounding trauma. Character analysis instincts on point, as usual.
Calling me out a little there, Tof. I was definitely guilty of rewatching the same two parts of the movie back in the day. _And_ just the other day-but we don't need to talk about that. Okay, it's just a great sequence. I love that you get that, cuz me too. lol And can we talk about how funny you are? From the silly sponsored bit at the start, to all your little hilariously unhinged asides, you had me cracking up. You are so fucking cute, you ridiculous little dork.
Damn you really be out here writing a 5 paragraph essay over a reaction video. it ain't that deep
@@kuzan1320 fun fact, i actually make content for Mia sometimes in the hopes that i get one of her fire comments. shush
@@kuzan1320 I'm assuming you've never watched tofu before because she constantly shows that she enjoys deeper discussion on things especially when it comes to ethics and psychology. And on your first point, it's a 53 minute video, a "5 paragraph essay" isn't some overly lengthy response.
The wedding was filmed in Villa del Balbianello, Italy. Near Milan. Have fun =)
Amazing reaction, you should definitely do episode 3!!
If someone’s already supplied this info, sorry: but the secret wedding takes place on Lake Como, Italy at the Villa Balbianello.
I noticed you liked those Electric Guitar Bombs that Jango was using in the asteroid field; I agree, they were pretty cool!
Always happy to see Star Wars reactions... a surprise, but a welcomed one... but not gonna beg you mommy :P my knees do not bend easily... but have to admit you look great in that manscaped commercial.
Love the hair and the colour
I thought I was the only one who thought this was the best one.

Hey Tofu! Been watching your videos for a bit now- was curious if after god of war, there was a way to suggest or recommend a game to play next. Was hoping you had done a Jedi: Fallen Order playthrough before but i didn’t find one.
Anyways- great video as always and am looking forward to the next.
The rolly Polly droids u call are called Droidekas n there so cool
A friend of mine just turned me on to your channel, and I'm so glad she did now. This was one of the most fun commentaries for AOTC I've seen. It would be awesome if you did the other SW movies too, Queen. Your so funny, and I love your hair!
Yay our royal hotness is back
unabashedly love star wars, did not expect this commentary, but it is 100 out of 10. what a great compuss-i mean composer
33:35 The Jedi philosophy isn't flawed, Padawans usually don't have emotional attachments because the fear of loss is a path to the dark side. Anakin had two, first his mother and then again with Padme.
Hey tofu, love the vids. I've been watching for around a month, but I have a question. Why did u not continue life is strange 2 and plague tale? I love both and wanted to see if u would too
New to your channel - love love love your reaction! Please do the other Star Wars (and Alien) movies!
the prequels where really just a contest for who can groom Anakin the best
Hi Tofu hope you are having an great and awesome day ❤️
38:28 = LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😂😅😊🙌
43:15 They are officially called destroyer droids, but more commonly known as “droidekas.”
FYI, that is Lake Como, Italy the places name is Villa Balbianello. Enjoy!
1:10 Damn my dad did the same thing, when I was a child he made me watch all the Star Wars movies but on chronological order of the plot not of release, I also like the prequels very much, specifically the third one.
The place ? It's Lake como in Italy. ( naboo wedding)
It's my favourite star wars film. Non stop action and some of the coolest scenes ever in a star wars film. It's so much better than phantom menace. Love the mystery of it as well. Obi wan has alot to do in this film as well just the scenes with jango fett are awesome. It feels like a more grown up star wars film and i just love the it looks visually as well. When yoda goes lightsaber bonkers i cant get enough.
Jedi “Destroyer Droids”. Trade Federation “Droidekas”. Tofu “Rolly-polies”.
i grew up on the prequels, saw this in the cinema when it came out and it is still my favourite star wars film, with episode 3 closely behind.
I love attack of the clones. The scene where dooku tries to convince obi-wan to join him is my absolute favorite in the series. It is made even better when you realize that he's telling the truth the whole time. Also episode 3 is my personal favorite episode, it would be super neat if you made a video about it.
when you say "can i be honest with you?" im like...have you not been already?
Gotta be honest Tofu, from your reaction here and the things you decide to pause the video and talk about - You would /love/ the Clone Wars animated cartoon.
Totally especially all the Rex scenes
Make sure to watch *The Clone Wars*
45:00
Tofu, my liver can’t take this
Episode 3 mommy?
You did not just say that JOHN WILLIAMS put his COMPUSSY into Duel of the Fates 🤣😂😭
Two words John Williams soundtrack/score
Did you quote JacksFilms In this?
every parent have to let their kids watch Star Wars!
0:07 the sudden change in your expression xD
i loved your reaction to attack of the clones. youre beautiful btw
Incoming padme cosplay 👀, also more star wars reactions pls 🙏................mommy
Akshually Jango Fett's decapitated head has already fallen out of his helmet when his son picks it up as can be seen by the shadow flying out of it at the moment he gets decapitated.
Hell yes!
im wondering how Lucas could make such beautiful scenery without green screens unless they had to shoot in like 20 places on earth
Prequel Parenting HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Nah JK, Prequel love doesn't make a person a bad individual, it's just an opinion, just like those of us who dislike these movies for reasons other than RLM or Confused Matthew's. But you've learned to view without the need to fight anyone who disagrees.
ATTACK OF THE CLONES IS SILLY AND I LIKE SILLY THINGS!!!
When the Jedi WERE flexible, that's what created the first Sith Empire. They became regimented and cold after that because the dark side is a corrupting force that comes from strong emotions and being unable to control those emotions.
"Composer"
at 25:25 I realized how much you need to watch the clone wars tv show
Oh yeah Your reaction to Star wars ii May the force or darkside be with you Tofu 💙❤
that dress is beautiful on you!
At this point clone wars is a must watch, sorry i dont make the rules.
Tofu you gotta play The Quarry!
fun fact grandmasteryoda use form 4 when fighting with a lightsaber
One thing that surprises me the most is Natalie Portman looks beautiful in SO MANY dresses from the wardrobe of this movie. Like I wanna know who made her all those costumes because she looks outstanding.
PLEASE MOMMY EPISODE THREEEEEE
43:48 - actually, he can't handle even with Dooku. The Count will bring windu down in a matter of seconds.
I honestly like your reactions videos. You're much more calm and reasonable than your colleagues are.
Hi am new saw your watch attack of the clones one of the best star wars love your reactions
i love the editing in your videos. not only is the commentary entertaining but the editing absolutely gets a laugh out of me every time. the clever word count, the nipple word count, the use of the word sexy? A+ storytelling. this is the kind of commentary that should've been included on physical copies of movies before.
honestly, it makes me happy to see someone unapologetically loving the prequels. i saw them in theaters as they released but was too young to compare/understand why the adults hated the prequels. my friends and i would talk about the movies in school and just have a great time talking about our favorite parts. come to think of it, these movies were probably a few of our awakenings as well.
also, padme absolutely saw those red flags. homegirl was attracted to anakin's angsty ass because of those red flags, otherwise she would've walked out.
When you fast forward past the love story then it's a decent movie
39:57 "this would be such a fun level in a video game"
Lego Star wars the Skywalker saga: *"Hello there"*
42:11 I'm sorry *w h a t*
44:39 doors is just like "Since when tf did jedi do that?"
If they had released Episode 2 with your full commentary attached it might have been better received XD
That was thoroughly entertaining, well done!
Jedi philosphy is mainly based on budihism and taoism but for someone like Anikin probably not the best approach (also I agree with you that the jedi being super strict on there rules and not having mental facilities probably doesn't help)
But if Qui-Gon-Jin had taught Anikin the outcome may have been very different as Qui-Gon was a very unorthodox jedi in his teachings and philisopsy of the force and how the jedi should behave accordingly
Where obi-wan was brought to the jedi temple as a child and consider the jedi his family so he was very much indoctronated into there teachings from an early age and took most there rules to a t
Although older Obi- Wan in the original trilogy is definetly more like his former master as I think he has learned from his mistakes with Anikin which has taught him the hard way about being to fastidious to one way of teaching
Where are me on the "Begging mommyfu to do episode 3" counter?
Nah it's not the actors fault it's just Geroge sucks at writing people who speak normally.
Also clones are basically slaves. There just loyal as hell (until there not) and only know military life. If you watch the "cutscenes" from star wars battlefront 2005 you can see the star wars films from a clones perspective 1-6 that is. You can see that some clones weren't too fond of everything going on.
Listen, Missy, you're going to do 1 through 6 and you're going to like it! And next COMICON, you're going to go dressed as Slave Leia from Return of the Jedi. And take copious amounts of video and photos, and post them for my enjoyment. DAMN IT! And another thing, love the hair!
Who wants to start a petition for tofu to start the telltale Batman part 3

Mommy tofu… please do episode tree
I love it too
Great video Queen Tofu love all your videos great work on this star wars movie!!👌🏾💯
