    This episode is lovely!! Indeed tsipouro is so present all around Greece, I do not know why ouzo is more famous.
    The meze are excellent and I have loved the.last meze bar you are showing!!!

    Send some greek chefs to Tampa., Florida!! We also have Tarpon Springs a greek villege just north of Tampa- they dive for sponges there!
    Lots of business to be had here!

    I would use the word "authentic" with some caution since yogurt is a Turkish word and a similar dish exists Turkey that has a similar name(cacik). I loved your saganaki

    Noticed you only use red onion, any reason?

      Red onions are the most popular and widely grown out of all the aliums in Greece and found at most farmers markets and supermarkets. You can find white onions but I don't know why they are not as popular.
