My Opa was a chef at the Bristol Hotel. Born in Vienna as was my mom. He became chef in Seattle, Washington at The Olympic after immigration in 1920. I visited Vienna in 2019 and ate my way through the beloved city of my ancestors. At open food fair in a park, I had blood sausage and potatoe salad. Yummy Im now 77.
