I'm really struggling with the technique for drinking an entire gallon of milk while laying on the ground. I just keep spilling milk all over the floor, and apparently other people don't like the gym smelling like rotten milk (clearly they don't have the MINDSET). Are there any tips/tricks to improve my gallon-chugging technique?

Eric would literally have to be the most intense weight coach in the world lol. The intensity is real. Juji looks like he needs some sleep hard; Tom lookin' Gucci as always. Another fun interesting for sure. Never woulda thought a floor workout could have been that intense. Wrestling duo- The Bugez and ThiccTom
Tom you literally don’t have to follow any workout regiment. Just keep doing random shit that your buddy’s buddies bring by. Your body will naturally adapt to doing strong people shit.

I just realized that Bugez and Brian Alsruhe agree that the more muscles being utilitzed in one exercise the more superior the exercise, I rewatched the "Who Builds Bigger Arms?
