      Scalp dermatitis can also happen if you eat to much white rice and processed carbs bc it can depleted your B vitamins and in turn cause scaly scab like spots on your head. People often get them on the back of the head.

    Oh yes!!! Got every symptom on that list! Husband, myself and our 3, school age kids are deficient in zinc & vitamin D (and multiple other nutrients.) I may have had long haulers Covid-19 with a terrible cough and chest congestion from late December last year (2019) until May 2020. It was REALLY ROUGH!!! Never been that sick before! I saw a doctor on UA-cam talking about results of a Covid study that was done recently. He said that study claims the average zinc level of people that died from covid-19 was 43 ug/dl.
    He said study showed that people with zinc levels under 50 ug/dl were more than 2.3 times more likely to die from Covid 19.
    The average zinc level of people that survived Covid-19 was 61.3 ug/dl.
    Here's the scarey part...My family all took Intracellular Micronutrient tests that showed that my zinc level was ONLY 39 ug/dl. My 12 year old's son's was also ONLY 39. We were the sickest 2 of 5 people in my family from DECEMBER UNTIL MAY! Probably because we never got any fever at all to speak of. My very first Covid symptom I noticed in myself was what my doctor referred to as a "viral rash" on my chest. It lasted 5 months. My husband's zinc level was 41ug/dl. He had a fever and chills for a whole week exactly a year ago today. That was the week before Christmas 2019. During his fever he had a terrible outbreak of oral HSV covering both top and bottom lips. Didn't heal for a couple months. My daughters zinc level was the highest out of us all. She initially was diagnosed with Strep throat last January. They gave her antibiotic shot and ten days of antibiotics pills because her lymph nodes started swelling badly. She had a low grade fever the entire ten days. At that point, I thought, "DANG, that strep throat AIN'T NO JOKE!" We had never had strep before. But, we did all get Strep throat. Only, the rest of us treated our strep A with colloidal Silver spray. We didn't realize any of us had Covid still at that point.With a 46 ug/dl zinc level, my daughter was the least sick of all 5 of us. My oldest son's zinc level was 45 ug/dl. He and I both recall having visible eyelid twitches while we were sick. I am 46 years old and have hypothyroidism, with terrible weight gain. And had started seeing naturopathic doctor and lowered my inflammation quite a bit before covid bappened. But now terrible lower legs swelling came back. For years been getting harder to walk. several months back I became dizzy to the point of being super nauseated, if I raised my head at all. So, being afraid to get up,I layed in bed for like 2 weeks straight. Missed out on thyroid meds and multivitamins for far too long. Finally went to doctor for dizziness and found out I ONLY had water in my ear. It was weird. Think it's all just part of Covid Long Haulers.

    • @GameChanger597
      @GameChanger597 3 роки тому

      Another cause of twitching eyelids is low potassium! You are likely deficient in more than just zinc. If you and your family eat very healthy and a good variety of vegetables regularly, then it would seem you shouldn't be so deficient and it may just be that you may have low stomach acid or digestive issues that is caused by antibiotics in conventional meat. When you eat conventional meat everyday, you are getting low levels of antibiotics every day which makes you prone to digestive issues which stops you from digesting your food efficiently which in turn makes it difficult for your body to absorb nutrients like sink and any other mineral or vitamin which will cause you to always have low levels of nutrients in your system because of a lack of high stomach acid. Also antacids can cause this problem as well. If you feel this may be the cause, start taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with every meal and after several days you may see a difference.

    • @Professional_ProCraftinator
      @Professional_ProCraftinator 3 роки тому

      @@GameChanger597 yes, thank you. My naturopathic doctor already recommended I take apple cider vinegar as well.
      I heard in the news about poor gut health potentially being a big factor in severe Covid cases. And probably even play a role in diabetes and obesity. I am a nonsecretor with autoimmune issues. I have read that most, if not all, non-secretors and people with autoimmune disease have problems with gut permiability ("leaky gut"). I am not celiac, but I do have gluten sensitivity. Ugh!

    My take on this (and it nothing to do with your advice) I have zinc deficiency. I keep trying to tell people Im not a hypochondriac. Seriously, people are contagious. I can touch a surface and I start to sneeze. There is no such thing as psycho-somatic in my brain. Seriously, I need to have you as my doc. Fillping back to your request about personal symptoms. The closest symptom that I had in the past would be the immune system. The issue with that is that whether or not zinc can help better than the allergy medication that helped me, claritan. Like you mentioned toward the end. Its prob good for me to experiment. Whats a general dose strategy for the general population that you recommend I can try?
    On a seperate note: good presentation btw. The bullet points of symptoms and the whiteboard was helpful. I thought it was particularly helpful that the whiteboard matched your shirt which took the communication synergy to the next level. Kidding asside,I was primarily watching this video to see if it zinc deficiency has a connection to mood/motivation. Namely, the neurotransmitters such as dopamine, ephridrine and others I may not have listed. that effect such the mood/motivation executive functions. Perhaps it has zero connection. My take it has no connection.

I know it sounds crazy but I am so health conscious and have a very limited diet with just one meal a day. My doc rang me today after my bloods showed a severely deficient and have felt ill for a year and a half. I also don`t drink. I am baffled and the doctor is putting me on zinc for 6 months. I hope it helps as like I said I am already on every trace mineral especially zinc already.

      If you're on state insurance, the drs that are covered are going to make things worse, 100%. You only have access to pill pushes, not healers. So, it's better to just save your time and sanity to educate and heal yourself instead! I spent 20 years letting drs kill me slowly(on state insurance) before educating and healing myself. In the end, no matter how much we pay, nobody can heal us but ourselves anyway. We just have to figure out what is stressing our bodies and change it. Wishing you all the best!
