Seriously, your tutorial on crucial alignment is great, since the most important issue is practicing yoga correctly and not hurting oneself. Thank you for the detailed explanation!
Your instructions are always so clear. Such a gift. Thank you!
So clear, so useful. Thank you!!
Excellent information, thank you!
Thank you! This will be a game changer for me, i didn’t know how to fix my inward shoulder rotation, but was aware i was doing it, now i have work to do :)
Thank you, this is really helpful!
Thanks for this video. Very well explained.
Excellent explanations! Thank you for sharing these valuable tips!
I’m so glad it was useful! Thank you!
Amazing ❤️ thank you
Amazing
This is awesome! I'm glad to hear you say that the eye of the elbow should line up with the thumb, in plank. That makes it very clear (much better than the very common "rotate the eye of the elbow forward", like, what does that even mean!!???)
Right?! Glad you found this useful🙌🏼
Thank you!!🙏🙏
Very helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks a lot❤
A major point for arm balances! Working in it 💪
Yes!!
Happy Friday 😁👋
Happy day🙌🏼🙌🏼
Τhank you! Clear and useful tips!
I was thought that the crease of the elbow should be facing forward
Thanks for your clear instructions. Just a question. When you say 'internally rotating the arms', I think you don't mean endorotation of the humerus (glenohumeral joint), but protraction of the scapulothoracic joint, right? Because it looks in the examples that you show what *not* to do, that you are protracting your scapulothoracic joint and I don't see an endorotation of the glenohumeral joint. Thanks for your answer.
