Another angle to look at with regards to his mask is that you have this character that is good and pure that goes through a tragedy and returns with a mask in a negative perspective, red hood is the best comparison I can think of

31 now, first listened to Doomsday and Madvillain around the age of 13 and 14. Still the GOAT in my eyes and permanently changed the way I listen to hiphop and music in general.
