Throughout Chinese history, there have always been people who preferred to spend their lives in the mountains, getting by on less, sleeping under thatch, wearing old cloths, working the higher slopes, not talking much, writing even less -- maybe a few poems, a recipe or two. Out of touch with the times but not with the seasons, they cultivated roots of the spirit, trading flatland dust for mountain mist. Distant and insignificant, they were the most respected men and women in the world's oldest society.
I am a little late to this video, but awesome videos man, your reviews are super helpful. If I had the half inner, is there still room for an army cot outside the inner tent? My wife and kid would probably sleep inside the tent and I would sleep on the cot if possible. Thank you!
I just want to let you know that I bought the hex plus, the ,2 man tent, the inner tents to both as well as the halt inner for the hex plus the t1 stove because of your reviews. I hope you get a commission from it. Cheers

Would love to see you review the larger 6 sided Pomoly teepee. It’s definitely on my wish list. There’s no other reviews on these teepees yet. I would love to hear people’s experiences with this product line .

Pomoly is very nice and professional. They make excellent products and I'm very excited to be able to show them to viewers. I hope you enjoy the upcoming reviews .😄👍
Lonewolf 902 It will be interesting to see if you can possibly run a hammock down the center of the “Hex Plus” Teepee . That sounds like a comfortable hang if you ask me 😁.
That's odd that the second door is not on the direct opposite side of the first door. I also find it interesting that the manufacturer doesn't list the size of the tent foot print or height details on their website. Many makers of tipi shelters will show a graphic with the footprint and dimensions and another showing the height dimension. It would be nice if the half inner tent had two doors so that it could be opened fully to the inside of the tent. It would allow better access to the other side of the tent for tending the wood stove. Quite interesting that the stove is double wall. That makes things really efficient. You'll just have to have smaller fires in there to keep the temperature comfortable.
Very good points you make. I agree with the stove being very efficient, I find it burns forever nice and quiet while emitting loads of heat. I love it 😁🐺
I need go put a full sized cot in the tent that is about 20 inches off the ground and 30 inches wide. I hope it fits in the tent maybe also the half inner tent. Hex plus looks good but I am hoping the cot will fit in the Hex. Your thoughts.
Good review on a unique tent system. Can you still use the stove with the full inner mesh installed? Will a full size cot fit in the tent? Stove looks interesting too. Looking forward to seeing more use of both. Just subbed. Thanks for your efforts.
Looks like very good tent for the winter. The woodstove is big enough, only an open cook service I don't like at all, they should change that. Don't play around with a woodstove, it can be dangerous.

Wanted something where I could still use my wood stove with a 2 person half tube floor where i could open the side halfway With a screen door so the bugs are freely flying in and same time have a slight breeze when cooking or relaxing Kind of like the luxe tents. I like the durability and everything else about the tent. I dont like to be picky about things lol i know im not going to get everything i want lol.
Great Review! On the web site, it now shows the tent at 13.7 lbs. Does this make it viable for a hunting tent (3 -5 Days) you can now pack in a Mystery Ranch Metcalf or slightly larger backpack? The Hex Solo doesn't show up on the site and the Yarn Solo Canvas comes in at over 11 lbs. Thoughts?
