Thanks Deggy. Some people don't understand the legal and technical requirements to build a new stadium. Plus we have had covid which put everything on hold for 2 years. After that the world was a different place as far as retail is concerned, so we had to make adjustments and resubmit. Sadly a lot of Luton fans say it will ever happen. I've watched Luton for 47 years. It will happen. This ground will be built. I see the work weekly with my own eyes. I hope this video is watched by many fans so they can understand the issues the board has had and has overcome. When it's done it will be brilliant. I cant wait. COYH
I can't wait, I was 11 years old in 1956 when a model of the new stadium appeared in the window of G A Wilds sports shop in Manchester Street (68 years)
I don’t buy all these excuses, if you’ve got planning permission you build to the highest standard that you might one day play at i.e. the prem. If it’s not built now, the board have to go.
Not necessarily. You won’t go and build a stadium like Tottenham, Everton in League 2/1 hopefully that one day you’ll make it like them. You build what you can afford. Our biggest ever signing was only around 1million back then so that shows we don’t have anywhere near the funds to build a prem stadium. Whereas now, with the prem money, we were able to expand.

Wilds was a brilliant shop, sports shops dont smell like that these days, I was a Shanks and Turner kid essentially, but Wilds when I was flush.
Butterfield Green was one I remember we never believed that was going to happen.
I remember Sundon Springs (Pits) stadium plans in the 90’s, funny how we ended up in the town centre despite all these countryside location ideas
Can't wait to see power court ground finished I hope to be at the last game at the Kenny and first game at power court
Kohlerdome, still waiting lol
