As an Italian, I find it so funny how the two teams from Nottingham have something to do with my country. Notts County is the reason why Juventus wears its black and white shirts, and Nottingham Forest's red shirts are inspired by Giuseppe Garibaldi, an Italian national hero, whose army of 1000 men worse a similarly red uniform
Herbert Kilpin who co-founded AC Milan came from Nottingham and chose red as one of the club colours because of Garibaldi - he'd already been involved in setting up an amateur team named after him in Nottingham. So not a direct Forest link like the origin of Arsenal's shirt, but definitely another Nottingham loving Garibaldi connection.
Absolutely correct. Did you know that Notts County are the oldest professional football club in the world. Founded in 1862. And Forest the second oldest 1865.

Huracán vs Barracas Central (not a derby but still their stadiums very close to each other). San Lorenzo vs Riestra (not a derby, but their stadiums are next to each other).
Good video ... some things to add; Everton's first ground was Anfield ... even though I am from, live in-spent most of my life in Liverpool, my team is ... Tranmere Rovers on the opposite side of The River Mersey in Birkenhead on the Wirral.

I think they want to have their own stadium. However, other derbies in Italy will still share the stadium. Both Genoa and Sampdoria still play in their stadium, and Verona has literally *three* teams who share it (Hellas Verona, Virtus Verona and Clivense, formerly Chievo). on derby day the players walk from their own stadium to their opponents ground for the Dundee Derby, even walk with and through the supporters too, that hill though is a killer and does seem to go on for miles, brilliant video, and the respect shown too, well done
That hill In dundee after a few pints is a nightmare 😂
I have learnt more about English Football from your content than I have from anyone else. Thanks!
Back in the day “the” west London derby was QPR - Chelsey. If you did a video on the 4 closest league teams, West London would win hands down.
Love this video. Love the idea. Love the frivolous recognition of how close these grounds are.
Love the ridiculousness of how close they actually are.
What I wouldn't give to have 1% of Stunt's dedication 😂
@@Dionysos640based on view count I’d be surprised if this was a full time gig, could be wrong though
Amazing video, United fan from Venezuela. I would love to do this one day!! So cool seeing all the different grounds & how close they are. More content like this please! 😬
This is it, my fav video of the year
Please never stop making your videos. You never fail to make me smile.
It’s amazing to think that football grounds were built so close in the same city…..I would love to catch a Dundee derby, I reckon it could get a bit spicy!
Glasgow Perthshire v Ashfield is closer both are in the professional pyramid now the Dundee things been gone for years now
It's a fantastic fixture and usually with plenty goals
and you will get to see the unusual feet of the away team walking from ground to ground as there's no point in a bus
@@danbrown784 utd take a bus over safety fears, Dundee still walk.
There's always a great atmosphere but it's a bit unique - opposing supporters shout abuse at each other for 90 minutes then go home in the same car.
Forza StuntPegg! Your videos are brilliant and what a commitment to the cause, well done!
Outside the UK, in Argentina, you have Racing Club and Independiente, two bitter bitter rivals whose stadiums are pretty much next to one another, just 300m
And two huge stadiums at that
my eyes light up when i see a new stuntpegg video
So lovely
Why is that some of the best channels you find by accident. I’m loving the humour which reminds me of The Map men. Thats the first time I have seen Acer sponser a UA-camr? Nice job :)
Proud of you for getting your exercise in
You should go to Buenos Aires (Argentina) and visit the closest derbies stadiums:
-Independiente vs Racing.
-Estudiantes vs Gimnasia (La Plata).
Defensores de Belgrano vs Excursionistas .
Huracán vs Barracas Central (not a derby but still their stadiums very close to each other).
San Lorenzo vs Riestra (not a derby, but their stadiums are next to each other).
You’re so cool but this video was cooler. Great idea, execution was fab, and an unreal amount of trains and travelling no doubt!!!
Good video ... some things to add; Everton's first ground was Anfield ... even though I am from, live in-spent most of my life in Liverpool, my team is ... Tranmere Rovers on the opposite side of The River Mersey in Birkenhead on the Wirral.
Great video as always 😀 i wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎅🎄😀🇩🇰
I've no idea why this video came up in my suggestions as I'm no football fan but I'm glad that I clicked on it. You have a warm and funny presenting style which made this easy to watch. I'll return.
Next you should do this in Germany. Yes, I want to see you walk from Dortmund to Schalke lol
Great video, as someone who moved to Dundee 6 years ago, my fitness definitely improved with all these hills I walk/run on... 🤣
I was at Nottingham Rugby's ground, and from where I was standing to watch Coventry vs. Nottingham, you could see both Meadow Lane, The City Ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground. Four stadiums, three different sports in one part of a city.
That’s very cool. I wish I’d showed the rugby and cricket ground on the video.
You mean one ground in one city. The others are in West Brigford
I love the way you waved goodbye to some of the stadiums ! 🧡
Goodison has also held a World Cup game featuring Brazil. It was also the first to have corner flags, and undersoil heating
And also the first club in the world to have the numbers 1 to 11 on their shirt. COYBs.
And dugouts 😉
And the first to have two tiers on all four sides, and the first to have a three tiered stand which at the time was the largest in England.
Trophies?
@@marknewbold2583 Yes plenty of trophies lad. 9 times champions, 5 FA cups and many more finals but only 1 European trophy.
I discovered StuntPegg recently and after 5 videos - I LOVE this girl ! 😍
I used to be a stuntman. Now I'm a stuntpegg.
Such a great video and humour well done stuntpegg❤👍
Buon Natale! hope you enjoy it! Keep up with the great content!!!!
also I literally live just off the roundabout at 1:42, surprised I didnt see you walk past my window! hahaha
Great start. Craven Cottage!!! Simply the best. Nice that you visited our B team at the other end of Fulham!!!
Well done, girl, replacing the photo up! Respect
Another easy-going authentic video. I as actually in Dundee for a couple of days in May 2023 but spent my time at the waterfront, should have checked out the two stadiums!
0:08 West London Derby (Fulham-Chelsea) 1.6 miles
4:00 Merseyside Derby (Everton-Liverpool) 0.8 miles
7:42 Nottingham Derby (Notts County-Nottingham Forest) 300 yards
11:31 Dundee Derby (Dundee-Dundee United) 170 yards
Dundee are planning to build a new stadium at another site... I can't see how they'll ever afford it though so this oddity should remain for some time
lovely touch showing the Hillsborough memorial. Thanks for doing that.
diff b/w Chelsea and Dominos is that dominos delivers!
That was superb and you are brilliant. Thank you and Buon Natale! 🎄
It's so surreal that you were just kicking about in Dundee after watching your videos previously 😂. Hope my team (Dundee United) get promoted so you can get a chance at visiting again for a derby!
I just hope she knows Dundee United are the much better team
@@kilwolski Why? Your self esteem can't be that low that someone on the internet thinking the Dees are a bigger team is all it takes to make you cry? Christ on a sandwich, Laddie!
😂 aye a division below@@kilwolski
The football knowledge & enthusiasm is seriously impressive
The outside area of anfield is stunning, there are so many murals and nods to our history
Drug dealers, prostitutes...lovely area
Love this. A few years ago i visited by public transport the outside of all 13 (at rhe time) club grounds within the M25 starting at Watford early in the morning and finishing at QPR late at night.
thankyou for fixing the photo at the memorial. JFT97 YNWA
My pleasure. Goes without saying, but I hope you’re so proud of all the tributes surrounding Anfield. Beautiful.
Very enjoyable, thank you. The Dundee one is interesting as there have been many attempts to build a shared stadium, but it now appears that Dundee may be moving away. Dundee United were originally called Dundee Hibernian - along similar lines of Celtic & Hibernian, so I am pretty sure the who do you support is definitely family related. Fulham is a favourite of mine, but Liverpool just has so many emotions - well done on picking up the picture by the way. Keep the videos coming.
@stuntpegg Nice the view tribute at the end, i used to walk to work between these two stadiums :) love the video!
Please don't leave your bike unlocked in Fulham, believe me, it really won't be there for long.
What?? It’s the one of the poshest places in London 😭😭😭
Who would have thought scumbags would target posh areas.
I always thought it was a nice area
@@Jinx-rj7kx a posh part of London is still London; it'll get nicked in no time.
In Tottenham the little rascals have angle grinders...
lol that hill in Dundee is a killer. Used to live at the top of it. And one night I flagged down a taxi and gave the driver a tenner. Could not be arsed walking it 🤣
I appreciate that you turned off music while showing Hillsborough Memorial
I've been on most of those grounds including a Dundee derby and I didn't know about the tradition of the away team walking to the match! A great idea to walk between all 4.
Pure class dousing all sound when showing the L’pool memorial. Would have expected no less from you.👍
Dominos deliver. Genius!
The distance between the inter Milan and ac Milan stadium is only 0 feet! The ultimate derby!
It’s pretty epic icl. Are inter and Ac planning to share the same stadium post San Siro?
I think they want to have their own stadium. However, other derbies in Italy will still share the stadium. Both Genoa and Sampdoria still play in their stadium, and Verona has literally *three* teams who share it (Hellas Verona, Virtus Verona and Clivense, formerly Chievo). Technically Rome *could* have two separate stadiums because there's a backup stadium called Stadio Flaminio@@ChronicTheHempHog-mf3nh
