Except for one single specific case where the operative dies instantly without any revives, it is always better to just bring any nuke frame instead of a defensive one (for this case even gara is better than limbo because it can give him defence while also being able to nuke) for Defense missions because they are basically just stationary exterminate missions. If there is no risk of losing from them dying (as they can simply be revived for the very few cases they even die) bringing a frame that is focused and only used to prevent said event that can't happen is a little pointless to begin with. It's like, because you misunderstood when your parents said to always wear protection, you put on a condom even though there's nobody to have sex with around, yes you will feel like you're doing what they said/what the objective says, be protected/defend X, but at the end of the day you'll probably just end up walking really weird everywhere not understanding how others aren't having trouble completing their objective while not using the protection like you are.🤣
Limbo is the perfect index frame. If you lock down the deposit point all the enemies will come to you, add enemy radar to see them and use a high slash or high single target damage weapon to one shot index enemies. Have a second limbo to pickup the points and deposit them at literally no risk, use rolling guard to exit the cataclysm bubble and then dodge to enter the rift and just run to the enemies deposit

Yup. Been using Limbo for all spy missions, going on for years now. Clanmates were non-believers until I showed them my spy build with max range Cata-bomb, move speed, and Persipacity Helminth skill 🤣
I used limbo for spy missions until I picked up Infiltrate on Ivara. Limbo is good, but some vaults have things that limbo has to respect. Mostly Kuva vaults with their invincible cameras, but still
Nother tip for jackal i use pretty often but dont see others do is the operator/drifter void mode can ignore the laser walls and your warframe will wont take any real damage it will still slam you across the room but its a quick void sling back to transfer for the finisher queues.
You can now also use melee while in air as operator to instantly switch to warframe and do a melee ground slam under the jackal after it's stomp, if you are spamming x you will also cancel the slam before reaching the ground and be put into the jackal animation.
I remeber cheesing the junctions on the normal star chart with mag, just popping her bubble on the specters and watching them kill themselves. I assume on steel path, it would work more or less the same, but now i have a mini nuke i can through in in the form of a small pistol or other random weapon
I remember using limbo to run specifically Pavlov-Lua had to endure 80+ runs to get my Ivara chassis, 8-6 minutes a run. By the end i wasnt sure whos cheesing who
Junction spectres can also be cheesed by revenant with some strength. Mesmer skin and get hit or enthrall them and they become friendly. Reave through them and they die-
One curious rhing iv notices playing fossa against jackal is even high mr players...tend to die sometimes at nightmare mode. Because they try to jump evading lasers or trying to take cover with pilars. And i havent seen anybody doing what I do, just parkour the wall and stick to it refreshing the spiderman once in a while. I dont pretend to sound the "smartest guy in the room" because I always learn something new or and mindblowing interactio.n in this game...its just curious
That banshee strat for those mr test reminds me of the ranged melee plus whisp combo we used, cool to see this can also be done with one of the dojo frames.
Another way of cheesing MR tests that requires stealth is using Wisp and bunny hopping. I'm not kidding, I managed to do those tests with her because of her passive of being invisible in the air.
I think the Wisp and Skiajati were left out On Purpose due to them being Unrealistic to Expect MR 8 Players playing through The Sacrifce Quest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Banshee is MR 0 and Redeemer is MR 4 so that's more realistic for the Average Tenno
I remember commenting about lvl capping with ivara on a youtubers video and he said that it doesnt count because she's invisible and he proceeded to call me re***ded. I just remember thinking "dude ru new to this game or wat, its cheeseframe u fkn dolt"
Not useless, but it requires more thought. Use a reduced range build just big enough to cover the defense target and hide in there - the Nullifiers usually won't pop it because their pistol attack has a far enough range to try and shoot you or the target without having to get close enough for the bubbles to interact with each other. When they do pop it, it's usually because they were jumping up or down to get to the target's level and 'accidently' bumped it. It does make him incredibly vulnerable to Eximus, however. No reaction time or distance to see something moving through the rift and dump a full burst from a Laetum in that general direction. At least solo.
@@Darthmufin I really hope they rework the nullifiers from being dumb kamikaze units, b/c currently that's all they are (with exception to the sniper who still uses this ai but sometimes hangs back) I kinda also wish that DE would halve the nullifier bubble size & fix the current visual bug of the bubble not going away when popped.
I'd not thought about the Ivara tripwire trick...I do know you can wall latch above the lasers, and loki has bonus wall latch time...but there are a few nooks you can sometimes land upon and not fall...
Wisp is my go-to cheese frame. Doing spy vaults? Your passive is undetectable to cameras (just don't bump into anyone), and her 2 can pass through barriers. All you need is a glaive to break any difficult cameras. Doing literally anything else? Health motes and jumping will give you space to heal, use silence if there's eximi, and worst case, use glaives or an exodia contagion zaw to slowly, but safely clear all the enemies (maggots from the infested glaive can use shock motes, too). Also, Limbo + Silence. Yes, the Eximi can still move in your world of stopped time, but all you need is to turn off their powers, and be able to kill like 5 enemies max. Another fun combo is Nidus + Hirudo. Before I figured out how to start modding for steel path, I went in with max health and range, and max crit. I gave up after 30 minutes because neither of us were dying.
Revenant is a pretty good cheese frame too. Just cast mesmer skin and you're unkillable to almost everything and then you turn them into allies afterward allowing for free kills
my first time ever cheesing this game is the junctions. when i got rhino i accidentally learned how to push spectres off the junction room by luring them to the glass and charging to them
I had a hard time with the MR 19 test when I first took it, but I eventually found a way to cheese it: I used a Kestrel and loaded all the Projectile Speed mods I could on it (including it's Syndicate mod), along with Volatile Quick Return. I was able to complete the challenge easily by either one-shotting the Grineer from nearly across the map, or knocking them off the platform from Volatile Quick Return's explosion if the one-shot failed. 😅
I usually combine operator's void immunity to do spy with limbo (cuz can be invisible and intangible to hack comouters while limbo stays on rift, even inside cataclism) and to avoid jackal laser or any thing like that by voudmoding
Octavia is amazing for cheesing almost everything And for the jackal just go operator form and stand directly below him in void mode when he does the laser walls, when he falls down sometimes you'll be popped directly up and back down to interact with him sending him to the next phase in record time
+1 for octavia. Her 1 and 2 just straight up short circuit enemy AI, which combined with teabagging to become see through makes nearly all content easy.
I remember one shotting every junction boss , and then having my friend literally give me control so I could kill the bosses for them, and wondering why I was so much more powerful then they are. I then realized it's because I obtained condition overload, and had every status on my primary and secondary, I literally shot, they died or I exalt and they die. I had no i dea berserker (before the nerf) and condition overload would make a new player look experienced. Now I'm mr 26 and try to make hated frames viable and op. I'm proud of my rift torrent ensnare limbo. Actually made the boring game fun again. Revenant is just to op, I had to stop relying on being a god, those stats at the end of the mission had me feeling some type of way.
For the first thing revenant still stuns the specters with his mesmar skin meaning they literally cant do anything after they shoot you once and you could probably whittle them down with a mk1 paris if you wanted to. Also wisp still has her invis passive for the MR9 and 19 test and thrown melees and contagion zaws also dont alert enemies so you can jump above their heads and contagion them or just yeet your glaive at them.
Yes, did the MR9 test just sometime during last month with some other frame and the Redeemer. While the sound effect makes your ears ring, the Grineer were oblivious to it.
i got through most of the gates with any warframe i had, loki helped the setup alittle bit more but in essence you grab the bo staff and knock the enemy up in the direction of the front window, once they land on the console they get stuck and after a couple seconds they get declared dead
Wukong has really been buffed since he first came out, I remember people hating his cloud form (I can’t remember if this was at the time when you could take out frames powers back when they were actually mods... damn this game has changed over the years.
And if you combine Ivara with low energy cost with a Kubrow with Dig and Arcane Energizer, you can be infinite amount in the Prowl. Since Dig has 270% change to give you energy orbs or what ever you might need, this is kinda funny to see.
Wisp with a Exodia Contagion setup solos the whole damn game. Perma Invis nukes? Teleports that bypass security lasers? Health regen to absurd amounts for any defense mission? Just lacks in trash mob clearing, but can 2 tap acolytes on a budget with some armor stripping
I've actually done the stealth MR tests with glaive type weapons (I think Orvius being my favourite). Just the same with being able to attack at range, while also being fully viable for standard melee.
Limbo truck doesn't work on Archont quest. Enemies just don't care that you in different reality. It also really annoying in normal gameplay since nulificators are everywhere, and they just pop your bubble.
31,5k daily Ostron rep grind catching wildlife using Ivara taking 8mins, add 2-3 min to it if u want to scan them on SP to get around 20k Simaris rep too. Fun activity, actually enjoyable for me and its efficient. (:
Don't forget about birb aka Zephyr. She could evade any projectiles that comes to her body. Only for herself? No, it's for squad and objective too (Mobile Defense/Excavation/Defense with hostage). But don't decrease her range too much. While on Excavation sometimes i leave her on drill and i use Operator to pick up the battery.
I passed MR 19 test with Wisp, and tge previous stealthy one (was it MR 8?) with Gara. Turns out the test area is considered brigthly lit, so with only her passive blind our heavy armored glass knight is actually the Queen of Sneakiness. I find it really, really funny. I mean, have you seen her, and yet, with no activd casting allowed she is sneakier than Loki and Ivara both.
Legendary rank one, where you just have to kill with primary, you can use your opperator when you die, do this with all the passives that you do more damage you can just not die in any way
If you want to cheese leveling. Any Warframe that can put enemy to sleep is a good pick. Then go to Ext Mission. Put enemies to sleep and kill them with a silent weapon. This will generally only work with weapons but you have far more of them to rank up than Warframes.

Ah yes, I have a specific “Goal keeper Limbo” load-out for the Index, specifically for the NW mission that pops up sometimes
Mostly Kuva vaults with their invincible cameras, but still
@@edschramm6757 yeah forgot to mention my Parazon has a mod that let's u become invisible after hacking
@@lanceandrew1319 I mean, I run that too, but if that times out in a bad spot, it's not great
Nother tip for jackal i use pretty often but dont see others do is the operator/drifter void mode can ignore the laser walls and your warframe will wont take any real damage it will still slam you across the room but its a quick void sling back to transfer for the finisher queues.
You can avoid the knockback with good timing on a transfer back to the frame.
I remember using limbo to run specifically Pavlov-Lua
had to endure 80+ runs to get my Ivara chassis, 8-6 minutes a run. By the end i wasnt sure whos cheesing who
For the jackal fight you can also just pop into operator form and enter stealth mode and the laser walls won't damage you
thats the real cheese
If you don't move as Iwara in invisibility for like an hour, you become completely invisible, no stardust effect. Happens to me a lot.
Bro why are you not moving in invisibility for an hour, a lot?
Finishers are so underrated. Millions of damage and several moves open enemies up to finishers.
Junction spectres can also be cheesed by revenant with some strength. Mesmer skin and get hit or enthrall them and they become friendly. Reave through them and they die-
I like to refer to lategame as a "violence sandbox" with how crazy modding gets
It's designed to be cheesed but the Devs sure hate it when we do it
One curious rhing iv notices playing fossa against jackal is even high mr players...tend to die sometimes at nightmare mode. Because they try to jump evading lasers or trying to take cover with pilars. And i havent seen anybody doing what I do, just parkour the wall and stick to it refreshing the spiderman once in a while. I dont pretend to sound the "smartest guy in the room" because I always learn something new or and mindblowing interactio.n in this game...its just curious
i cheesed junctions just by using vaubans explosive mines every second so the specter would be stunned, worked like a charm
I think the Wisp and Skiajati were left out On Purpose due to them being Unrealistic to Expect MR 8 Players playing through The Sacrifce Quest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Banshee is MR 0 and Redeemer is MR 4 so that's more realistic for the Average Tenno
When he said that at 04:46, I thought it was a set up for a sponsor for a VPN
That Ash build has mad Vulcan vs Kurz vibes.
I remember commenting about lvl capping with ivara on a youtubers video and he said that it doesnt count because she's invisible and he proceeded to call me re***ded.
I just remember thinking "dude ru new to this game or wat, its cheeseframe u fkn dolt"
Cheese
Edit: i'm glad you used the James May clip at the end
got a riven mod that needed me to beat extermination without enemies triggering the alarm system, so i went to the void where they dont have alarms
Oh, the junction specters now have a boss title card. That’s pretty cool
Also i find it REALLY odd you didn't mention nullifier bubbles instantly pop limbo's catalysm, it makes limbo useless for corpus.
@@gork8468 Don't forget about vapos nullies who rush you with melee
@@Darthmufin I really hope they rework the nullifiers from being dumb kamikaze units, b/c currently that's all they are (with exception to the sniper who still uses this ai but sometimes hangs back)
I kinda also wish that DE would halve the nullifier bubble size & fix the current visual bug of the bubble not going away when popped.
I'd not thought about the Ivara tripwire trick...I do know you can wall latch above the lasers, and loki has bonus wall latch time...but there are a few nooks you can sometimes land upon and not fall...
You can also use Wisp for the MR 9 Test since her Passive ist still working
Octavia in SP survival. You just sit there and everyone dies including the acolytes
For the banshee cheese, Skiajati and Wisp are also usable.
Warframe is basically a game about finding the cheese.
"Let's solve a practical cheese." was a missed opportunity. Still love your stuff!
ivara doesn't just bring the cheese she brings the cheese string and parmesan as well
For junction specters I just used my starter mag, cast magnetize and let them kill themselves.
Revenant is a pretty good cheese frame too. Just cast mesmer skin and you're unkillable to almost everything and then you turn them into allies afterward allowing for free kills
my first time ever cheesing this game is the junctions. when i got rhino i accidentally learned how to push spectres off the junction room by luring them to the glass and charging to them
@thekengineer on the jackal fight there's multiple spots on the edge of the arena you can stand that are above the lazer walls
Aldo Limbo 4, Xaku 4, and the neutron star (with nerfed range) can pop containers really far.
Octavia is amazing for cheesing almost everything
And for the jackal just go operator form and stand directly below him in void mode when he does the laser walls, when he falls down sometimes you'll be popped directly up and back down to interact with him sending him to the next phase in record time
+1 for octavia.
Before they seal shut the junction specter boss fight room, I could heavy slam them out into space and watched them freeze
you could even void dash into them in *spoiler mode, to knock them out of the zone.
Gunblades are silent already, unless they changed smth while I was away.
Yes, did the MR9 test just sometime during last month with some other frame and the Redeemer. While the sound effect makes your ears ring, the Grineer were oblivious to it.
The thumbnail makes me want to fashion frame my Limbo into Cheesebo.
i got through most of the gates with any warframe i had, loki helped the setup alittle bit more but in essence you grab the bo staff and knock the enemy up in the direction of the front window, once they land on the console they get stuck and after a couple seconds they get declared dead
He actually says "Nothing personnel", i love it
for junctions you can also just grab a polearm with a stance that guarantees knockdown, and just yeet them into the abyss
Beautiful video Ken
Limbo truck doesn't work on Archont quest. Enemies just don't care that you in different reality. It also really annoying in normal gameplay since nulificators are everywhere, and they just pop your bubble.
As an Ivara main I knew you would put her last. Concentrated arrow also cheeses Liches and Sisters
31,5k daily Ostron rep grind catching wildlife using Ivara taking 8mins, add 2-3 min to it if u want to scan them on SP to get around 20k Simaris rep too. Fun activity, actually enjoyable for me and its efficient. (:
"I want some CHEEESSSEE Gromit!!!!!!!! So let us go farm on Lua lad..... cause everyone knows that the moon is made out of cheese!"
3:15 I used wisp with a glaive prime for this mission it was so easy
You can melee slam those junction specters to death or until they ragdoll gllitch through the floor lol
As a Limbo main I love being effectively immortal and controlling the battlefield with his 3.
I never thought of using the hunter frame to hunt smh
Don't forget about birb aka Zephyr. She could evade any projectiles that comes to her body. Only for herself? No, it's for squad and objective too (Mobile Defense/Excavation/Defense with hostage). But don't decrease her range too much. While on Excavation sometimes i leave her on drill and i use Operator to pick up the battery.
fun fact that last ivara cheese works on the Amar fight
Like how whenever there's a specific weapon type only you often see excalibur, Titania ect. .
This is a great video and funny enough is exactly how I play the game most of the time. My favourite cheese is to use the MIGHTY SEER and do anything
For my MR19 test, I just used a plague zaw and whipped death at them.
