Almost quit track my junior year of college for the same reason. Sometimes you need that moment on the verge of losing everything to realize what it takes to be great‼️🔥

Hey Niko, You might not realize it now but you're living in the middle of a fantastic time in your life. You're competing at a level that very few people can. You might not win every race but you're running against the top runners in the country. These are memories you will be telling your kids and your kids kids. Heck your great grandfather always talked about his days playing football at the U of I. If you ever feel down and out you have so much family support and love, please just give us a call. Please complete the journey and the dream you are working so hard to achieve. I look so forward to watching this adventure play out.

Man I can relate I let my ego get to my head but now I am training harder than ever to take records at my school and be humble. This video also helped me believe in my training and trust in it. Thank you

Hey! Never quit running! I’m 36 wish I never quit track/running. I took it back up and find it helps with a positive mindset. Even if you don’t take it super seriously, keep it up even as a hobby.

Bro, what's up with all the upper body arms shoulders and crap. It's dead weight. Stop doing arm day. Drink the bicarbonates (sodium and potassium but not enough of the former to get the runs and not enough of the latter to die) and make yourself look like you actually run the 800
