WOW. Thank you all for the love on this video. I cannot even explain how grateful I feel to share this special moment with so many amazing people. It's been a long road, with a lot of ups and downs, which only makes me appreciate this moment more. I love you all!
The cool thing is we all know what you have gone through, and that has made you who you are. And who you are is amazing. Strong. Gritty. Determined. Confident yet humble. I was cheering like a fool amongst strangers in the park watching your win. A lot of us are backing you because we know you are the real deal, you've been genuinely you all along and to see you crushing it like this is inspiring to see.
well, first of all ure best time in SC according to wicki is 9:26:96, the brief ban U were given is a joke considering that Simone Biles has clearance to take banned SEDs, cross country should be an Olympic sport, its a dam shame that it is not
We have been taking this ride with you for a while now and know how much you have gone through and just how hard you worked. I'm a 50+ year old lady trying to keep a sub 9 minute mile race pace, and you inspire me so much to keep going.
Oh my God! Why am I so freaking happy over this? Congratulations! I am unreasonably excited for you. I’m 58 years old. I run a 930 mile , And I feel like I’m flying. I feel fancy when I drink a Gatorade. My sports bras are from Walmart. I have two black toenails and a weird suntan. Sisterhood, girl , sisterhood.
The live stream was so much fun to watch. I wasn't sure you were going to catch Kosgei; but you did, and then some. You crushed it, Allie, with your signature finishing kick. And your face at the finish line said it all. Now you're only 1.7 seconds away from the 9:23.00 Olympic entry standard. How exciting is that? Then to pace the 10K five minutes later? That's pure beast mode right there.
The internet is wild, man. Someone I have never met, probably never will, but dear God if I am not so invested in this rockstar right here! I literally cried watching you win. We are all so freaking proud of you!! All that you are, all that you’ll become, and, perhaps most importantly, all that you’ve overcome to get to this moment. Soak it up, live in it, and use it to fuel all your future goals ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been watching you since you were winning races as a 7th grader. I watched all through high school, college, etc. I have watched (almost) all your vids about ED's. I was a D1 sprinter back in the day and understand a lot of your emotions, ups and downs. You are an inspiration. Keep being that.....

As a former NCAA D1 athlete (swimming) who struggled with an ED and later crashed and burned (AKA major relapse) as a coach amongst the toxicity of body composition=performance culture exposed by predominately male coaches, I have followed your journey closely and COULD NOT be more proud of you!! That was so sweet! Congratulations. PR is not your imagination. You are starting to believe, racing, fighting people off. You are not who you used to be - you’re better.
Our champion is bacckkkkkkkkkkkk. Train like a champion and you will be a champion!!! You and your team is taking care of business!! Congratulations young lady!!!!! We are here for you Allie.
I'm in tears right now! What an amazing race for you!! 2nd, great job to Spence for cheering and being there. Finally - you won the steeplechase and THEN paced the 10k??? Altitude training agrees with you for sure!

Incredible, simply incredible, the effort you and my man Spencer put in is just insane. Both of you are absolutely incredible. Ill keep training so one day ill do cool things like this!
What an affirmation that all your training with your amazing coach David was the perfect buildup. Ride this wave right into trials, what a huge confidence boost. Love how you picked off all the other runners that did a lot of work early on one by one. Agree going right to the front at the beginning was key. You raced SO SMART!!!
I have no idea how I ended up here and seeing all the comments while watching the video I didn’t understand fully. But seeing the emotion when you finished…that was real…wow I can see why all these comments are being made. So here is another total UA-cam stranger saying, congrats girl. You’ve got another new fan.
I usually wait for your vids to learn of your results. It's more fun that way. I couldn't wait this time. I knew you were going to run fast! And the thing is, you can go FASTER. And not just a little faster, either. Sub-9:15 is a very realistic target goal here. Keep fighting for it! And Coach David, keep bludgeoning this girl with positivity (and elite training guidance too...that does help)!
I am SOOOO happy for you, Allie!!! Had tears in my eyes when you turned on the afterburner and was flawless over that last barrier all the way to the finish line. One of your best vlogs yet and not just because of your victory! You do great commentary and a lot of the stuff you were saying I was thinking while watching your race. I'm a big Geordie Beamish fan and found myself screaming, "Don't lose contact" at you as I would scream at Geordie when he ran. Luckily, you both have great kicks along with great running futures. So happy for you overcoming your eating disorder to run a PB! Great job and keep it up!

That's amazing, and your face at the end was everything. I didn't expect you to be immediately pacing a 10km straight after, plot twist and epic!
You can tell Allie is such a real genuine person. None of this fake persona for UA-cam insta or whatever. So refreshing. Keep it up girl
Ahh I cried with you when you won! Seriously this series has been so inspirational to me as an athlete that has been inured and hasn't believed to really feel the scope of what our minds can inspire. I am so happy to see you healing and coming back even stronger from everything you overcame. No one deserves this more! Congrats Allie!!
I’m so proud of you!
This was the most exciting thing for me today.❤
That was darn impressive, and you looked so strong out there. You are just like a train; you don't let anything get in your way.
Awesome Allie!!! Great race! So happy for you. Keep up the great work! I’m rooting for you!!!!!
Okay cue the waterworks.. this is SO incredible, Allie.. my word, girl. That last kick was out of this world. You are a champ!
Allie you’ve come so far! Watching you win a race AND PR makes me so emotional. And the clips with Spencer cheering made tear up! He’s such a great support. Thanks for sharing the ups AND the downs. It makes these great moments so much sweeter.
Fourth comment from me now. I'm smiling ear to ear listening to you narrate that last bit, talking about feeling strong and pulling on those past workouts. Way to go, Allie. You rock and we're so happy for you

Wow! Perfectly raced! What a finish! And I can see that you’ve still got even more in the tank - heck, you were running 5:08s 5 minutes later! You are going to crush it at the trials!
