i'm getting ready to have my first fight, and this video made me a beast. if it weren't for my insurance company, i would've been banned from my gym. i ripped three heavy bags and unlocked the ability to not be tired while boxing. the sprinting technique, the breathing, the warm ups, the foot work. i started sparing against two guys, right when the round ends, one guy goes to rest and the other guy jumps in for him. if you really watch this video and listen carefully, you'll become invincible.

Im not anyone but ive been helping my nephew learn how to do some martial arts and boxing really caught on for him so im trying to improve my vocabulary as well so when i can afford it and get him into a proper gym he will have a little easier time. my guy went from really not having anything that brought him joy to being one of the most driven people ive met so its been a real joy and having to spar again and do the long distance biking and swimming and whatnot probably saved my heart a few years. love your work thank you so much.

Grew up in North Eastern Jersey (ours to the west), and really could have used these lessons in any school or street fight I, or my buddies, were in. Hopefully, if fully practiced, these "exercises" will save some kids from getting their butts handed to them. Thanks again!
