A lot of people have requested this video lately, especially after my 2 year Pre T transformation video which is now at almost 200k views. That's absolutely insane, and I'm so grateful for all the love and support I've gotten from you guys on it, whether you are an old or a new subscriber❤️ Hope this video is helpful! It's just based on what I've done, I'm not a trained speech therapist or anything. Remember to take brakes from practising your voice if it becomes straining and starts to hurt to talk regularly as well. Start the process slowly, then practise more and more every day. Don't want any of you to ruin your vocal chords💕 Take care and stay safe💗
ALSO, be PATIENT I know being trans is basically all about being patient with long ass waiting lists and waiting for T/E progress etc, but this process is also important to have patience during, cuz you're not gonna get good voice results right away
I know I am late to the chat but this has been helping me I'm not trans but I am gender-fluid and when I feel more masculine or gender neutral I hate having a high voice so this has really helped.
Your voice is actually lower than mine on my first month . . I've been on it for bout 8 months now but it's kinda slow for me but im hanging in there .
I know you probably won’t see this, but has it gotten better for you? I’m almost 2 years on t and have had almost no change in my voice. It’s starting to really get to me because I literally can’t pass for shit.
same here honestly- im mainly starting voice training because theres this violinist next to me with a really deep voice and the voice envy i have for this dude was juuuust enough to get me started
Same. It might be because we are taking in too much air, like trying to reach the chest with it so we can speak from there but instead we are just putting a bunch of air in our stomach idk

I watch this video and see me in the future starting testosteron and enjoying every voice crack and my parent supporting me and calling me son. This is a beautiful dream. Thank you because you made me have this dream.
currently watching this whilst crying on my floor at midnight... I've been meaning to work on my voice for like 3 months now but I've just been to scared to start the process
whenever i train my voice to talk through my chest it sounds hella forced. do you think it changes to become more and more natural so that at the end you can talk normally and it just sounds deep? like without focusing or thinking about it? while i train i constantly do that so obviously it would sound forced. t can also help with that since your voice is gonna drop pitch wise but i notice that some guys end up with a more unnatural male voice.. that sounds a tad bit androgynous, idk how to describe it. might have to do something with it though and i just think it sucks for us. im also afraid lol. btw, almost two weeks on T brothers!
It totally becomes more natural after a while. But make sure you don't go for talking from your chest right away when training it. You gotta start in your throat. The first few months of voice training, I couldn't speak from my chest at all, so I just tried to go lower in my throat, and eventually it got easier and became more natural to go lower. If it sounds unnatural, you might be putting too much stress on your vocal chords. Don't know for sure, but that was the case for me. I just had to be patient and let it happen gradually and eventually by itself. Now it hurts to speak from the upper part of my throat. Congrats💕
@@LeonBell alright thank you for the info. though i actually can talk from my chest just that it sounds weird and forced. like i can feel it vibrate on my chest thats how i know where its coming from but like i explained it doesnt sound right. i'm using a different method which is slightly similar to yours: i hum in my normal pitch tone, then go higher and move my head up whilst doing so, then move it down till im facing the ground while humming as deep as i can. just putting it out there in case anyone wants to know. you a good guy for helping pre-t bros out with this issue. looking forward to your one month man! time surely flies 🤙🏾

Hello fellow norwegian. I just wonder. When it comes to going to the dotor to say youre trans and asking for testosterone and whatnot. I dunno how this works. But was it easy to tell them? Cause ive wanted to for so long, to just say that i am trans, and i wanna change my voice and such, but i cant find the right words as its easier for me to express myself in english. So sorry it probably had nothing tobdo with your video. But i was curious if you had experiences like this, and if so, how were you able to just say youre trans? Could just be my anxiety speaking, i dunno. Thought id ask regardless
