    I had to replace my spark plugs in the back of engine so before I started taking everything apart. First I removed both wipers then the plastic cover and the metal plate. Then I started taking everything apart and the 2 screws in back of the manifold that holds it in place was very easy to take off. Lifted up the manifold turned it to the side as far as it can go and the 2 hoses on the manifold was very easy to take off. It take approximately 6 minutes to take off the wipers and plastic cover and metal plate first. I even had enough room to look in each cilenders in the back. So remember to take the wipers the plastic cover and metal plate off first.

    Great Video.
    Customer should have signed off on all 6 plugs and ignition coils + PCV valve. Once you are there - it just makes sense. My Purge valve volume control (next to throttle on top of intake, was an aftermarket - throws codes sometimes. On the bank1 Cam shaft sensor, there was heavy oil inside the connector. I'm still fighting that one. I have read to top off the engine oil if oil was in the cam shaft sensor bank 1. (Is that true?) I plan on voltage testing the cam sensor Bank 1 as well.

    After the two bolts facing to rear are removed (miserable!) should the front & rear part of that manifold separate to allow access to rear three spark plugs? More bolts facing rear? Ben

    My engine fuse keeps blowing out on my 2012 Nissan Murano sv. My car starts and then shut off and when this happens blows my engine fuse. Everything on my dash panel is on, my radio works, wipers, and headlights. I don’t understand

    hi at 3:58 is that pipe a full vacuum pipe?

    • @RBTheMechanic
      @RBTheMechanic  2 роки тому

      No it’s just vent pipe vaccum pressure will start after the throttle plate

      @@RBTheMechanic thanks, mine have full vacuum on it

      @@rvill1 I’m not sure what U mean by full vaccum … the his vaccum pressure starts after throttle since this is connected to intake duct pipe it just takes if air and vents any blow by in side crank valve cover area and redirects it to go back in to engine to reburn

      @@RBTheMechanic thanks, then somebody did a bad routing of mine lines, they said for this car its normal to get vacuum from that hose, i was not buying it, i did not insist because im not used to working on this nissan! so now i will check pcv, and bad routing!

      @@rvill1 defiantly that line has no vaccum it just air that can vent out and get back in to engine
