A very well-made budget slide-board and video. The sound is low and the voice is a bit mumbled. But you've given me a good option. There are cheap slide-boards on the market that don't lay flat and good boards are a bit overpriced for my home gym budget. I can see the need for a commercial gym, in which durability is the key. So it’s a case of; you get what you pay for.

Spraying pledge wood cleaner on the melanin board will help keep the surface slippery and reduce friction.
Do you use some sort of silcon polish on the surface for extra glide/low friction? Great vid btw.

How long is the board?
I used an 8 ft board. That’s too long for most people, so add the adjustments holes to be able to shorten the length.
What are those socks? Wont any work
