I’m not a hockey player but tore my acl/mcl when and need to strengthen hips, core, supporting leg muscles and this was a great video that pretty much sold me on the slide board

Any tips for rolling it back up? Finding it impossible.

This board is a toy. It's not for adults. The ends flip up if you push off to hard. Waste of money. I'm going to fix mine using a couple 2x4s. Big rip off. Ends slip off and if you tighten them too much the plastic screw cap breaks off. Bootie fray and fall apart. Junk

The thing that drives me crazy about 99.9% of slide boards is they’re all wrong mechanically. All of them have you pushing off the side of your foot, which makes no sense. It should have an angled end so your foot goes up and then you push off the bottom of your foot like you do when you skate. None of the slideboards I see are correct. I really wish the industry would address and correct this. I had to make my own.
