He got 4th just a few years ago. Most people said he was gifted that. I don’t know what kind of credit you think he should get. He is a very good bb but just not top 5. At least not yet. The guy works very hard

You can't pick and choose which athletes are "correctly" judged by the same judges. I can say Hadi doesn't deserve top 5 solely on my personal opinion, but guess what the judges make the calls, not comments on the internet...
Watching this video and surprised me with Hunter’s new Coach, I came to the conclusion that the best bodybuiders always love this Coach for the way he treats them. If it’s okay, we all want Leroy Davis leaving us deaf and screaming like a maniac in one’s ear but after all that one wants a gentleman like Hany next to him giving the right directions and the right treatment at all times so that the exercise is carried out perfectly. That without forgetting that exclusive Gym that he has that must be a dream come true for any amateur and professional.

On something like the front lat pulldown, on the stretch should you stretch so much that your shoulders cave in and pull up to your ears?(deepest stretch possible) the stretch is so much deeper than if I keep my shoulder pinned back and sturdy. But I feel like it’s asking for small muscle injury like overstretching and exerting the connective tissues in the shoulder. I’ve always wondered this. It would apply to all exercises too when asking how deep do you take stretch. Or should i get the deep stretch then pull my shoulders back before actually rowing it?
