I have really enjoyed watching your videos AND No stupid desperation rock music added to it. Thank You. Quite Rereshing and having taught 2 of my 3 sisters to do basic mechanical repairs I'm digging seeing chicks turn some wrenches And also be able to calmly explain what's going on. This will help me with my Variable speed pulley job !!!

Thanks for the feedback! I've been doing this since I was little in some capacity, thanks to my diesel dad.

    Very helpful!
However, my transmission pulley is now only moving when my deck is set the highest with or without the PTO engaged I’ll begin to stall at deck 4 or lower. I don’t see any debris. Stalls as soon as I release brake.

I've seen an internally shorted battery do that, as well as a partially broken deck cable.

@@captivatedbymandie can I hook up jumper cables to check if the short is occurring?
Where does the deck cable run from?

@@captivatedbymandie close. Arm lever was smashing wire conduit coming from brake. Also unplugged another safety sensor under the battery housing

10 min with a drill bit and correct tap would have removed the broken bolt and lock tight without much trouble. I Wouldn't want to charge customers for a new pulley that's not needed.

It would have been over an hour to tap and drill, not including the cost of buying the right tap and die, so getting the new one was a much more cost effective alternative for my customer. Thanks for the feedback!
