    Just did this workout and I was DRIPPING SWEAT after 30 seconds!!! My glutes were burning so bad! Can’t believe I only found your channel today!

    Hi I have a question how much weight you has on your ankle weight ?

      I believe I have about 8 pounds on each side. I like the ankle weights that are adjustable in weight! (In the other older vids some are 10, but 5 would still feel challenging for me personally too!) everyone is different - only go to a weight selection where you can get the mind muscle connection and the form down. If it feels too easy, then go heavier! If we go too heavy other muscles will kick in and over compensate (like the low back) - so heavier isn’t always better!
