Hey man... I'm not trying to knock your effort, but you DO realize you can get clear acrylic rod and tube for VERY cheap that will do the exact same thing, right? And you can also use styrene plastic tube for the wine casks.
Have u tried "painting" your bottles with colored sharpie markers? I've found for clear plastic it works well for coloring but you can still see through it like glass. Great technique tho! I love your vids!
Next time rather than using cork or erasers to make your different size kegs. Use natural wood dowels instead and stain or use wood oil to give them their natural wood grain. That's what I did with mine and it gives a whole better look and if I wanna add a lil bit of beige or gray paint to age the barrels some and itll give it a real good look. The bottle idea is pretty cool to show different kinds of glass bottles. love it I would like to see a video of how you made your alcohol cabinet and tavern bar. I went to your page and was disappointed you didnt have a video of either one of them.
Did you know that wood dowel can be cut to the same size and the edges rounded to make the casks too. It might even be cheaper than having to buy the pencils and wasting the erasers.
How does it look if you only paint the bottom half of the flasks? Would be awesome if you could mix it up with som half full bottles aswell ☺ Definetly going to try this out!
You know I haven’t tried it but man what a great idea. This would really sell the tavern aspect. As far as aesthetics it would work just the same as it’s the paint the rear of the tack that shines through. Thanks a it for the tip!
Man I was trying to give you a shout out in a video I made because I show how you made the wine bottles so now I will thanks for the inspiration hopefully don’t mind me showing your work at least now I can give credit where credit is due
RussNo1 well this particular episode had a tavern ambiance in the background. But I desperately need to upgrade my mic. This was using the cameras built in mic which is terrible.

You do good work sir tell me do you about glazing mediums? Making things look more rustic with less effort.
I didn’t at the time of this video but I have learned of it since, though not a master by any means.
Right on i was a faux finish painter once upon a time , and its a good skill to have!

Awesome looking stuff! This is just what I need to furnish my taverns. That bar looks amazing too.
ddesouz6 thanks, I did a photo tutorial on dm Scotty’s craft page for the counter.
can you post a link to that?
Chris K I tried but since it’s a closed group it won’t let me share it. Go the the tabletop crafter guild page and search this. (Pj Boe counter)
I like what you did with the kegs by using the wine corks.
This is a FANTASTIC tavern! I would love to make one as good as this for my players!
Thanks! If I can do it you can!

Looking good 👍
May have to give the bottles idea a shot. nice one.
Starships&Steel thanks. I thought it was pretty neat. As most of my crafts I kinda just stumble into what I use by trail and error. Mostly error.;)

I am impressed. However kegs have to be raised so the pour isn't on the floor.
Hot glue hack nice!!!

:::grins huge!:: pleeeeeeeaaaaaassssssseeeeeeeeee
why can not I watch the videos in Germany? runs about 10 seconds and then loads nothing more. I go to other videos everything works immediately.
Pulvertoastman I have no idea. This is the first I’ve heard of this problem. I’ll do some research and see if I can find you an answer.
Try this. www.winxdvd.com/resource/fix-youtube-stop-freeze-pause.htm
Why do your videos always sound like you're working in a restaurant?
RussNo1 well this particular episode had a tavern ambiance in the background. But I desperately need to upgrade my mic. This was using the cameras built in mic which is terrible.
You wanted a tavern ambiance so you went to a restaurant to build it? I hope you never make an out house.
Tune in next week for. The ogre’s outhouse. 😉 That would be terrible.
lol
