  • Coughing, sneezing, and sweating, oh my! These are the common fears of involuntary physical reactions during public speaking. I have had many clients and workshop participants ask me, in embarrassment, that they break out in hives, that their face gets read, that they sweat non-stop. Not to mention the other unpredictable reactions like a sudden sneezing fit or a cough attack!
What do you do when you are in the middle of a high-stakes presentation and your body…well, it doesn’t cooperate?
In this video, I offer practical advice and strategies for dealing with common issues like respiratory reflexes, nervous system responses, and emotional turmoil.
I discuss why some of these involuntary actions may be occurring and how to handle them at the moment of disruption.
I had a TON of fun with this video, and I hope you do too!
