Integrity is the foundation of a leader's credibility. A credible, trustworthy leader with the ethos to call others to action is firmly set in who they are.
Simple, but not easy. Here's why:
We often think we have integrity and know what we want, but we usually leak our integrity without knowing it! We cut corners, hide truths, and flat-out lie...not just to others, but to ourselves.
