I purchased on mbvi3 but how to install in laptop 😢
i have one, and i love it!! got it a few months ago and have had no issues with it! fast and easy to use
I need one of these like I need air . My 5.3 needs some major improvements in the tune
Can you post a video where I can load the car software processed by the user in hptuner in .bin format? because there is no option tune your file or tune original files.
So much to learn
Buying one of these just to get rid of GMs virtual flex fuel sensor because the alcohol content keeps jumping up. No leaks on the intake, new MAF sensor, new fuel pump and lines. Tired of my truck running like crap. Wish i knew about HP tuners sooner. I bought a diablo i3 just to disable Afm/dod. I also bought my own bi directional scan tool because I had to keep resetting the fuel content.
Can you still turn off rear o2 sensors?
I'm honestly afraid to upgrade due to the parameter test thing. And then having to sync the device. Are they gonna rat out folks for converting cars into race only vehicles? Has the EPA gotten to HPTuners?
They are trying to get in front of any EPA compliance issues.
@@TheTuningSchool ok so... Scenario. Someone brings a car to me to get tuned. Owner claims its a race only vehicle. No tags or registration. Then they put tags on it and get caught up for lack of emissions devices. The feds approach HPTuners. Because my device is attached to the VIN, will HPTuners be recording VINs my device touches and relay that information to the EPA to save themselves? I asked this question in their forums and I asked when I got a call from HPTuners on Monday about an order that I placed. My question wasn't answered on the forum and the call was disconnected when I asked the question on the call I received from them.
@@jaydubb71 In the EPA's eyes, as soon as you modify any table, is considered tampering with emissions. That's why HP Tuners states, for off road use only. Unless the person rats you out for tuning it, they have no way to access the ECU info.

I just purchased mpvi3 from summit racing. your customer support won't honor the trade in value for my MPVI I 6 credits ! They said they would transfer my two licenses over which I paid for twice ..also I contacted HP support 4 different times because I cannot get the thing to transfer 2 more Credits I just purchased for the same vin number.....? I personally own all three of your hardware MPVI one MPVI 2 plus and I just purchased t Mpvi3 apparently I have to relicense every time I upgrade your hardware .. I decided to keep my old unit. I already own the license it should be transferred .... If HP Tuners decides to upgrade their hardware Why should the customers have to keep purchasing credits When we already own the license software ... ???? i'm going to call summit racing and complain and return this unit .
Was told that you could download tunes in your smartphone. True????

Tuning since 1996 here. Would you prefer we hire some actors? :)
They have to stick to the basics, if they really get into it a lot of people won't understand, most people will use this just to tune their own vehicles.

worse product information ever. just a bunch of salesmen who can not make a manual, probably because they learn from the users. If you want any information you have to read the forums and hope you find it. There is one button and two lights on the MPVI3 with no formal description of it in this stupid video or the literature that came with the device.
