On less than $5 per day I managed to do most of Bryan's blueprint diet and get into the top 4% of people when it comes to sleep (made a video about it if anyone's interested) I know it's not as good as Bryan's stats but just shows you can get somewhere close on very little cost 😉 Honestly I can't see me ever going back to eating the way I used to and for that I wanna say a huge thankyou Bryan. Your work has been life changing for me. The fact you give all your audiobooks and all this information away for free is truly magnificent 🙏🏻 Appreciate everything you do brother ❤️

    Nice one Bryan,
I have mentioned you to 100s of people in the hope that some of those people would get excited enough by what you are sharing and achieving such that they choose to improve themselves and the lives of those around them.
I'm glad you have chosen to narrate this yourself. It's much better as the words more closely align to your meaning and intentions.
I'm healthier because of your teachings but have a long way to go to reach the healthier state of mind, body and spirit I desire.
Best of luck... And keeping going.

Brilliant! It's always a pleasure to step inside Bryan's visionary mind. I love this prophecy: "In the early 21st century, Generation Zero, Gen 0, a multi-ethnic, multinational, multigenerational uprising organized around Zeroism, rose to power and built global systems of goal alignment within self, between humans, and with Earth and AI."

Thank you Bryan for writing and recording this. I’ve been a fan of your philosophy for a few months now, and it’s difficult to put friends and family members on board, who tend to not be too thrilled about watching 20+ hours of podcasts with some weird guy who wants to live forever, like I did. This book encompasses all of your great thoughts in one place very conveniently, and even though most of my family doesn’t speak English, I am now one step closer to initiating them into this beautiful cult.

I've explored living a spiritual life for the last 10yrs with prayer & meditation every day. Nothing very complicated or esoteric, just cultivating honesty, humility, generosity & tolerance with honing self awareness to figure out what motivates me & why I'm such a failure in life. Just imagine if there was No dying.
Just imagine how different everything would be just by having this idea in mind.
There is no hurry cause you are here forever, there is no fear cause you are not dying. No one is trying to hurt you and nothing will ever miss you, cause you have enough time to learn and explore everything. BUT this thing is valid only if you DO GOOD for the world. For every heart, for every energy, for every molecule, for every atom, for every beat and for every stop - You radiate LOVE,PEACE,HARMONY AND JOY.
And this body is going to be your vehicle forever and if you don’t take care of it, you will suffer. It will start giving errors, trying to communicate with you “Hey look at me, this thing that you are doing, it’s not good for me, I’m not happy.”
And what do you do? Instead of looking at the big picture and trying to find out what is it that you are doing wrong, you put the volume up so you won’t hear. You order a pizza, you watch a movie.. you entertain your mind in any way possible just to make it stop. Just to make it easier for you to ignore what is wrong.
How about we stop that behaviour? And start solving problems - first our problems, then the problems of humanity as a whole and subsequently the problems of this planet that we call HOME.
Because it is our home, your home is not your 50 sqm apartment, your home is this whole planet. And it doesn’t look good, your home needs a total reset but that reset cannot happen with the same brain, that let all of this mess come along.
Your brain needs a total reset, but that cannot happen by doing the same things you have always done or by eating, drinking, reading and watching the same things you have always consumed. Start choosing what’s right for you, for me and for US.
We need a radical change in our perspective, in our behaviour and mostly in our understanding about life. Life doesn’t end with you, be part of the change.
Don’t become a part of the problem, BEcome part of THE SOLUTION.
And don’t forget that everything that we can see, hear, touch, taste, feel and experience was first born in someone’s mind before that same someone was brave enough to bring it to life. And this is how we change the life we call “reality”.

You don't need Bryan's exactly brand - that is why he said what the specs of his oil is and never what specific brand it is.
Reverse engineering from his own videos though, the brand is sold in California, but the oil is from Albania or Greece (different types sold), so it must be source-able for us Euros.
(This is from before he branded his own oil, but the ones he used back then were also tested thoroughly)

Most Alnatura stores have it, but depending on which region you're living at, you either get the black or translucent bottle (I prefer the black one, heard its better for the minerals).
This one has won Stiftung Warentest 2024: Cosmo di Russo. I haven't done any research about Stiftung Warentest, but I am generally slightly skeptical about certificates, especially around food.

Interestingly , the zeroism proposed here overlaps a lot with the ideas and concepts implied in the notion of being reborn in the spirit, and the renewing of the mind. Acknowledging that our natural tendencies are death producing for example is a very biblical concept.
I believe that with more research into truth, Bryan will discover that what he is wanting to achieve is already available in the bible, although religion has messed up that path for people, because in the limit, truth is not subjective, and is available for all to discover, and is a spiritual experience with the ultimate intelligence.

27:47 as long as we have full control on where the autopilot is taking us, im all for it. One thing i fear is the possibility of companies setting parameters to our bodies to cause dependency at a more advanced level (because they already do that). Thats the only resistance i have against the argument of “mind doesn’t have authority” i KNOW thats not what you mean, but companies may change that to “mind doesn’t have authority, so do as i say” and implement parameters that may make us weaker (by altering whats considered the default parameters) in whatever way possible to bring them advantages. Or control us.
For example i like cars. I wouldn’t stop driving them just because they hurt the atmosphere. So i dont want to be forced to stop my “bad behavior” that i love, instead i would want to adapt the world to intake the exhaust fumes of my car. And still be net zero. Same goes in my body. Is that possible? Because i see blueprint heading into the first option not the second one.

hew bryan, have you tried consuming 1 tablespoon of vinegar per day, before meals? does acetic acid help with glucose spikes, and do glucose spikes affect longevity?

I think the idea is that it makes the years you live better. Bryan himself says don’t try to be perfect like him, he’s the experiment - take what you can from him, implement, and improve your day to day life.

it's not just about extending the final lifespan. It's extending healthspan. Spend more of your life feeling healthy and alive, and less of the end at the hospital.
