@@ok-mj4xm My guy, aging is not a disease. It is the natural and inevitable ending of all organic life on this planet. Billions of years of evolution have crafted beings so intelligent and so complex that we can't even dream of recreating something similar. Every organism has a predetermined maximum lifespan for a reason. Decay and entropy are the ways of the world and the only way that the cycle of life can move on. Prolonging the lifespan of the rich and famous only helps bottleneck the natural cycle, contributing to the very real problem of overpopulation that is ruining this world faster than anything. Resources are already scarce, rent is only getting higher, pollution and disease only grows more rampant and dangerous. All this time and effort he's putting into this very clear mental disorder of his could have been invested into research for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other diseases which unjustly shorten the natural lifespan of people. If you truly believe this is a good idea and a worthy investment, then I have no more words for you other than good luck and I'm sorry for you.

This dude has a good sense of humour and is really laidback so seems like whatever he is doing is working for him in the moment even if it doesn't make him live another 50 years he probably feels great. He touches on the sleep too. I have had horrible sleep since a teenager, I'm talking consistently 4-5hrs a sleep a night until my early 30's. Probably done irreparable damage but since starting to focus on my sleep, even just sleeping an hour shy of 8hrs I can notice the difference, if I only get 4hrs or less I feel like everything is caving in and I'm in a weird state that I cannot shake until I sleep it off and even the next day that previous bad sleeps effects can still be felt. Do not underestimate sleep, figure out your ideal and try and hit it each night.

Just to be clear, its not the exact time that Bryan wakes up that makes his body efficient. It's the fact that his circadian rhythm has adjusted to that time and it has been consistent for years. I always see this in videos that people wake up at 5 am because someone else does, and they complain they don't have the energy they should. Well thats because your body is use to waking up at 9 am and is wholly unaccustomed to that time.

It's very admirable of him to be a test subject for this because alot of these treatments and studies are short term. One thing wasn't talked about was his human relationships, in looking at the Blue Zones and their longevity, family and social communities played huge role, how does his regime translate to social settings and kids etc.

Much of this can be achieved without spending a lot of money, or at all, with no additional costs beyond what you already have. I lived for almost two years on a fairly strict diet of vegetables and meat, Pacific fish. I ate once at lunch, drank two to three cups of coffee and two to three cups of green tea, went to bed at ten and got up at six. Even without exercise, although I tried to always walk everywhere, I lost weight from 82 kg to 69. Then I had to flee my country to the USA. Living in NY has not yet been able to adapt. I eat different American poison and gained weight again.

Im slowly starting to admire Bryan Johnson. As an ex cancer patient. His protocols are along the lines of mines as well. Everything from my spring water, to air quality, to sledding for the knees. My diet with no cheat days in 15 years. Hes doin everything "right" per say. Good luck to all.

Some of the nutrients you can get through whole food. You don't need a supplement of tumeric/ginger when you can just get the root.

I have to give Bryan Johnson credit, he has a strict regimen for what he's trying to achieve. Good nutrition, sleep, a workout program, certain supplements, and a mindset to reduce stress goes a long way.
I definitely don't have the net worth, but I see a lot of things he does that I definitely can incorporate into my routine now at 36.

Hi I am longevity expert from India, I need your help. I want to connect with the world, I want to help the world. I want to help people live long and happy life. Please help me. I have new and different approach for longevity. Somebody asked me, what is the secret of long life, I smiled and said LIFE. Life is like money, the more you have, the more you spend, the more you have, the more you can live.
If we can increase the quantity of life, we can live very very long life. The scientific approach is not effective as it focuses on death not life. If you have life, death is not an issue.
Please help me connect with the world. I want to help the world.
