If only they'd done it over the summer. Definitely going to carry on this save (in my own time) to see who we can get to properly replace both him and Kobel.
I can only imagine how proud you must have felt seeing your signings turn out to be bargains! Great video as always!!! Btw, you should make a song for Emegha, absolute goat
Would love to see a PSV one. They tend to underperform in FM and I think a moneyball strategy would fit them. Maybe one for next season since the defensive situation will be quite weak with the lcb and gk probably leaving.
Great Video ! As a Schalke fan it is basically a no go to watch BVB videos. But since I have been working with your Moneyball skin in my current save for 2 weeks, it was very helpful to see your assessments of the data. I would also like to know how you set up your scouting network. Do you search in regions, countries, or by certain KPIs of player roles you need?
As discussed, detail level matters, so I tend to prioritise those leagues on full detail. When I set up scouting that is. As mentioned in episode 1, everything is delegated, and during the season I holiday between games, select the lineup and use Instant Result. Players were identified using the league, minutes and metric filters. In my regular saves, I also delegate, but I also have player search disabled. I simply work from the pool that my scouts build.
Ta very much, dude. It's starting to get long enough to consider popping to the barbers (I've always regretted it in the past because they always trim off more than I want)
The plan remains for it to return with FM25, but it may end up as a stream. (I kinda like the idea of promotion to La Liga also coinciding with the new match engine and whatever changes happen to the tatical side of the game - make it feel like a real steep learning curve)
Glad you enjoyed it. Obviously the save ended after the season, so it's not reached Ballon d'or time. I might carry it on in my own time, so if I do I'll let you know! He certainly deserves it.
I don't know if i am noticing it just now or if its new but the filters used tab in top is really appreciated man. It's a good starting point. Edit: OMG, a treble in the second season?! Holy Cow, that's a dream scenario. It takes me atleast 3-4 seasons to get there. You did this bvb fans heart a world of good. 😍😍😍
It is new. Well...I thought it was easier to do it like that than show everything from the search screen where the text would end up being smaller! Oh...and it was a truly ridiculous season. Emegha was just ridiculous!
@mustermannfm it seems ridiculousness is in the air, my burnley team who are mid table at best, won the premier league last season and this season we are ucl champions! We got a player sent off in the 60th minute, our GK who was brought in January to act as backup and subsequently stole the starting spot saved a penalty in normal time then three in the shootout. It was crazy!
Yes. If you are comparing to your own players (or other players within your league), then you want consistency between the processing of fixtures and generation of statistics. You can otherwise just compare between players in no detail leagues.
I come with question again. If i load 7 league like you ( i already) but only set the Premier League at max detail level ( not include skybet, championship, etc). So will it work like you said on 8:30 minute?
@@ayaya5690 if you want accurate comparison, yes, you want max detail level on as many leagues as possible. That might be every league. That might just be 1 or 2. Think about where you are most likely to target signings from. If you're managing in Sweden, it might serve you better to have the other Scandinavian leagues on full detail than it would to have, for example, the Spanish leagues on full detail. 16GB of RAM is more than sufficient. The bottleneck with FM is usually your CPU.
@@mustermannfm okay thanks a lot, that help me. One more question if you dont mind ( i hope so lol): at 13:06, why would you choose the dribble boy instead of 2 other when they are about 90th percentile for progressive pass (forget about the xA because is the same for 3 of them) - the stat look nearly like Reus. Thanks again
@@ayaya5690 Attacking midfielders, by and large, are high up the pitch. You can't make progressive passes in the final third (there isn't enough space remaining on the pitch for the required distance to be progressive), so I'd rather prioritise someone who can beat their player over someone who drops deep and links play (I already have that with Brandt). The left side attacking midfielder in the tactic is the more attacking one.
There isn't really. What you want from a Half Back in one system will be different to what you want from a Half Back in another system. Templates then tend to prevent you from thinking about what your actual needs are within that specific tactical setup. Instead, ask yourself simple questions. What should the player do in possession? What should they do out of possession? And then focus on the metrics that show that. Don't know what value you should be looking for? Look at your players' performance. Compare it to other players in the league. See if it's an area that can be improved accordingly.
They're a consideration, but unfortunately kind of a low priority. They don't tend to underperform in Football Manager, which kind of removes part of the challenge.
I can only assume a takeover. Absolute madness. He went on to score 2 goals and register 4 assists for them all season. Malen is quite a Man Utd signing, though. Young Dutch striker who isn't really a striker. Zirkzee, Depay, etc...
Thank you Al Hilal for saving Mustermann from the ticking time bomb known as Niklas Sule
If only they'd done it over the summer. Definitely going to carry on this save (in my own time) to see who we can get to properly replace both him and Kobel.
the comparisons around 11:30 were really slick!! loved the addition of black and white when not talking about a player
I really liked the inclusion of the filters and the reasoning behind them! Top class!
Glad you liked it!!
Nothing like a Mustermann video to watch at the end of a long day
Just in time for the weekend!
Thank you Mustermann for the short series showing it is possible to win with my favorite club!
Glad you enjoyed it. Always had a soft spot for BVB
I love these, keep them coming brother
Appreciate it, dude!!

Emegha is absolutely the goat, but Plata...oh that is so satisfying!
I love your videos. Just the style of your production is inspiring
Much appreciated, dude. Genuinely, it's great to hear, but there's still plenty of room for improvement!
Really enjoyed the video!
Just imagine if FM looked like what you show off in the video. Love it!
Adding this to my "proof that 4222 is the best formation" folder.
There's a reason Brazil used it so devastatingly in the past!!
Would love to see a PSV one. They tend to underperform in FM and I think a moneyball strategy would fit them.

A trip to the Eredivisie is definitely due. Wheter it will be PSV or someone else...who knows!

Really appreciated, dude!
@ your paok and Zaragoza save is probably my most favourite UA-cam content ever do you think it’s realistic that it will ever return

@ thanks for the reply and thanks again for all you do
amazing tactics win 19-0
Great video
Much appreciated 🙏 glad you enjoyed it
This was genuinely amazing, W vid bro. Also did Emegha win the Ballon dor????
Glad you enjoyed it.

@@silver6428 incredible stuff. Moments like that are the ones you remember 10 years from now!!
Quiet season for your strikers aye
So frustrating. Not a single one knew where the back of the net was ;)
I usually set the detail level to none for all as my pc can not handle this level of players but will it really make difference

Only players in the Premier League will have statistics comparable to players in your own team. The other leagues won't.
@ so i should get max detail level on 7 league too right? 😅😅because i think 16gb of ram wont work

Hello sir, May I know, where I can get the latest skin from Mustermann?
I don't know. I wonder if it's in the description??
@ thank you mate.
