In this video, I interview four of my friends and give my own personal advice on how we got the internship and research opportunities that we did. Whoever says a top universities don’t help is lying to themselves. This doesn’t mean you can’t get it, but it is a lot harder.
@@jaimer6354 I'll update you the further I go. My internship starts in a month. My friend goes to caltech and we got the same internship. So let's see where I end up.
Two yrs ago it was my dream to get into IIT to study aerospace engineering. And I finally made it. Results came in last month. Some credit goes to you as well. Thanks dude 🤗

Is gap year student is do research project which a high scholl students do with mit proff. Is there also some summer programs for mit for gap year students
On the second note you’ve really inspired me to peruse engineering and I’m not to sure which to choose. I have a deep love for chemistry and I’m good at it so I was planning to do chemical engineering, however I really love physics and understanding how things work like thermodynamics etc and wanted to do aerospace engineering. But I’m not as good in physics as I am in chemistry.

The problems I have with internships is actually the city that I live in, I live in Dubai and I can't find internships because they ask for a degree from a university and at least a year of experience in that engineering discipline. I am Grade 10 so I am far away from university or even getting a degree.
Actually......there are some companies that may take you in here in Dubai. Even I used to think the same but rn I am doing an internship which I found through my school counsellor. You have to keep searching and yes, here in Dubai, connections help.
