I really wish they didn't approach this so half-heartedly. I wish they recorded the songs at their full length. I would've liked to hear the soulful renditions of "This Jesus Must Die", "King Herod's Song", "Trial by Pilate", "The Temple" and "Damned for all Time/Blood Money".
Wooooo que interpretación tan magistral 🙌
found this on 8-track a few years back... kind of a cool oddity...
I'm about to buy this immediately!!
Thank you

wooow this a jewel for collectors ... I had no idea of its existence
Its actually pretty easy to find. I live in oregon and have come across it a handful of times in second hand/ charity shops. God bless
@@ianhively8378 there are only US pressings, a few of them, and it's not particularly pricey item, but still not so easy to find this elsewhere.
Gospel version
This is the worst version of Gethsemane I have ever heard
Worst version of all the songs I’ve ever heard.
@@kamandi1362 i believe this wildly unfair. while not fully succesfull this is actually the only album i have seen where they're trying to do something original with the material. most of the London / Broadway / Soundtrack / Alan Caddy etc versions sound pretty much the same with the big orchestral themes and stage singers trying to do the same thing over and over again.
Terrible.
