    Thank you for this sharing. May be it would be better to warm up the neck before arms?

    • @WudangWay

      Possibly. Doing shoulder rolls first will get the levator scapulae and trapezius muscles warmed up though. Then you can start working on the deeper tissues around the neck. I feel that this is better. Although definitely pay attention to stiffness in the neck before doing big, fast shoulder movements. A few either way would be great.

    Hi Thank you very much for your videos. I have a question. Does it have to be in the morning? Can I pratice it before dinner in the evening?

    • @WudangWay
      @WudangWay  3 роки тому +4

      It can be at any time. I prefer to practice in the morning because it is easier to find time and to set the body up for the whole day. But the most important is finding what suits you the best. If an evening schedule works for you, by all means go for it! ;)

    Can you please tell me on what part of the feet do you put your weight? Is it on the heels or just behind the toes? Does it change when you lean forward? Thank you, Jake.

    • @WudangWay
      @WudangWay  4 роки тому +7

      Mostly on the heels when stationary. In the forward bending and squatting motions, however, this may change depending on your flexibility. The center of gravity should almost always be right below you in between the feet. Being on the heels helps to get that "rooted" feeling. When doing the routine where you come up in the front, extend the back and reach far away. The weight may go to the ball of the foot here, but the more you can extend your back the better balance and control you will have. For the back bend, keep the weight on the heels.

      @@WudangWay thank you for the detailed answer. Yesterday I tried soft stretching and today added the second part. It's a great feeling during and after the training. Love it.
