Why keep picking whites as guardians. Then they sending a white man to jail for a year but he stole 6 hundred thousand. Black people should have things set up choosing a guardian over the money.
Thank you for keeping everyone abreast on Wendy Chronicle. What everyone has to do now is challenge jurisdiction. There is no legal money in the system only gold and silver. HJR 192 & 73:10 states that. Wendy's amendment and constitutional rights are being violated. If no one fight them this way, the court, the guardianship the lawyers the banks will continue to suck her dry in the name of the law. The only system that creates money is the federal reserves.
The paper money we use is debt notes. Wendy is in fact their money because they have access to her social and they are using her funds from the federal reserves. Once born in this country and given a social everyone head is worth at least $1 million from the top. We are slaves to the system still under paper. We were never free. Wendy is a ward of the state and unfortunately, due to her sickness, she is being deemed incompetent. To fight this its all about knowing what to type up, what to say & not say, and to push that paperwork into court to challenge the judges, everyone's jurisdiction. All judges are acting lawyers in this country because they're apart of the BAR association. Courts are bound by international laws & treaties. If one doesn't know that they are subject to whatever the court does under colorable law. The Guardian has to prove she has rights over Wendy. See how the bf & ex is moving yet they're getting shut down, nothing is done? They have to fight a different way. If anybody is ready, I know you may have contact with these people and you want help for Wendy I can connect you with someone who is well versed on these laws and the system fraudulently being pushed.
So when is we going to do a where is Wendy campaign or at least start a hashtag where is Wendy or start a

Not for nothing but when Wendy was with Kevin he did his cheating and wendy knew about it BUT she stayed with him and you NEVER saw Wendy out in the street looking bad or drunk or seeming out of sorts because he kept her in a positive light . Everything fell apart after the divorce. I think if she was still with kelvin she would still have her money. Wasn't he the one that put her in the sober house in NY and she talked about it on TV?

If a court is arresting people or feeling, they have control over people and someone has to pay court fees. That means they have a EIN which means they're submitting taxes to the IRS. BID SECURITY PERFORMANCE BONDS are paperwork they submit on somebody's behalf without their knowledge. Trust me I know. It's important to ask for the orders of the court I never did when I was jailed for a day. Unaware until I studied & my circle enlightened me. If no one from Wendy's camp or Wendy has never asked, reserved her rights, or never stayed "I don't consent to" in a court to stop them from doing that, they are in fact stealing from her. If folks are aware anyone can challenge jurisdiction ask for the court EIN a judges, bond number and a clerk of courts bond number again a clerk of court is actually higher than a judge. Then you can also havethat court audited.

The more successful some blacks get they distance themselves from their families and rightful so they have good reason to do. I find it hard to believe that Wendy Williams' family can't pool their resources to hire counsel to challenge the guardianship. There is something else going on that we(the public) are not privy to. Her family is not one of paupers, her sister is an attorney. I don't believe we are getting the whole story.
i think wendy and her sister had bad blood. Whenever wendy would talk about her sister she would say that the parents said "wendy how come you can't be more like your sister" and I think when wendy finally got her fame and payday, she rubbed it in the sisters face, maybe said some colorist things too. Plus they have a big age gap so weren't close to begin with. The sister might resent all those millions also. This is all speculation, but it definitely looks like the sister isn't really trying to help this case, she does things to save face it seems, but clearly isn't putting her all in. Or maybe kelvin was telling the truth when he insinuated that the family i.e sister was looting wendy's account and that's why Wells Fargo had to step in to begin with.

Her sister is an attorney, but she doesn't specialize in guardianships or elder law. And she did state that the family has obtained legal counsel to fight this. However, what people are missing is that the judge, guardian, Wendy's previous financial advisor, and Wells Fargo are likely in cohort. It's difficult to fight a system that is stacked against you. The judge will just deny all of their motions at her discretion. This has to be an in-depth investigation done likely at the federal level because I have no doubt the state of NY is also complicit.
Wendy isn't the only person this has happened to. Sabrina, the guardian, and her firm are being sued by another individual who claims they put him into an illegal guardianship and stole his money.
This is much deeper and more intricate than just Wendy Williams.

Also what the poster below said is definitely true regarding the guardian and judge secretly working together, Chronicle's previous video talked about the guardians previous charges and money given to the judges fund likely in exchange for elite clients.

19 years ago, I cashed my check from work at Wells Fargo went to the grocery store and was told my hundred dollar bills were fake. I went back to the bank to see what was up and they completely dismissed me. I stood 10 toes down and got my money in all 20's and closed my account that day. I still don't like $100 bills

I currently reside in Illinois. I served as my father's guardian, and the process involved several steps. First, all of my siblings had to be notified before proceeding with the guardianship in order to give them the opportunity to agree or disagree. Secondly, I had to work through a disagreement with a family member. Finally, once I became my dad's guardian, all of his finances had to be meticulously accounted for.

How did they bypass all those eligible family members, especially her son from being her guardian? This entire situation is so confusing to me. How do you force someone to have a guardian? All these years of hard work for nothing? How sad 😔.

Ms. Chronicle PI, I was hoping that you found out who has Wendy's purse. I remember Wendy talking about Wells Fargo and how they were stealing her money. I believed her wholeheartedly. A lot of people thought she was rambling and intoxicated. Unfortunately, no one stepped up to look into her allegations. During this time, I thought someone was giving her something to make her look crazy and to destroy her credibility. It's a shame that someone like Sabrina can have total control of a person and do whatever she wants to Wendy. This makes me want to round up a posse and drag that witch Sabrina until her azz is raw. With some of the medication for Wendy's condition, if her medication is not given to her, she can move deeper into dementia. They already said her dementia was moving fast.
On the documentary the caretakers was buying Wendy liquor giving her liquor along with the medications.

It's terrible they robbed her like that, but now that she's financially cleaned out, there's no longer a reason to keep her from her son. Sabrina should release her back to her family, so she can her live out what's left of her days surrounded by her loved ones.

I am so glad you are keeping the pressure on this story. I think about her very often. So much of it doesn't make sense. And if she truly has some sort of an aphasia how on God's green earth with a sister who's a lawyer how can they not do something legally to be allowed to spend time with her?!?!?! THAT'S NOT NORMAL.
