- MEGHAN Markle is scheming the launch of her ultimate "weapon" to hurt Princess Kate and King Charles, claimed royal expert Tom Bower.
The royal biographer, who is known for making particularly stinging comments about the Sussexes, claimed the duchess, 42, is waiting to "drop another bomb" on the Royal Family.
Mr Bower, famous for his harsh opinions of the couple, sat down with Sun Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson on the Royal Exclusive Show.
In particularly stinging comments, even for a long-standing critic of the couple, he said: "The future for the Sussexes is pretty grim, I think they're on a permanent decline.
"But whenever they need money, whenever they need publicity to stoke their reputation, they will drop another bomb.
"We're still waiting for Meghan's own autobiography, which I'm sure she's penning, she's a good writer, and it will be filled with vitriol and filled with lies.
"She will not tell the truth because she wants a sensational headline.
"That is the ultimate weapon she can deploy."
It comes as Mr Bower made more shocking claims that Meghan is an "agent of poison" and "doesn't seem to care" about her father Thomas Markle.

I dont agree with much of what he says. The Nigerian trip was an embarrassing disaster for Harry and Markle. They got called out from the First Lady for Markle's nakedness, her inappropriate behaviour and dress. They are not damaging to the Royal Family. If anything, they highlight how goid the Royal Family are and Harkles are absolutely awful. They are a complete joke, have ruined their own reputations.

As a retired military family of 24+ years. I'm beyond disgusted with H for accepting the award! It should have gone to a soldier overcoming health issues etc. My ex son-in-law was in combat in Afghanistan and lost an eye. His truck was hit by a hand grenade. He has shrapnel embedded in his face and head. Someone like him should have received the award!

'Charles abandoned Harry to go off for weekends with Camilla' - Come off it Tom. Diana was off on holidays with Dodi Fayed or leaving the boys whenever she felt like it. There were Nannies, aunts, uncles, grandparents. Harry suffered no more than anyone who has lost a parent but his unhealthy hero worship of his mother, triggered by all those films, portraits, magazine covers, etc. led him to become half in love with his own mother.

The Nigerian president should have reined in his defense minister and toned down the Royal charade part of it. This made him look bad IMO.
I was puzzled about the media saying it was a success. It was a tacky version of a royal tour.

I disagree with Tom. The time for stripping the Dastardly Duos titles was when they made it clear after leaving the UK that they would not be returning to re-assess after the year’s trial period set by QEII. It was QEII who should have stripped their titles and removed H from the line of succession. I do agree that KCIII should have prevented their children from receiving titles, possibly with a provision to review that decision when they each came of age.
I agree. This happened on the Queen's watch. She was popular and had the support of the people after a 70-yr reign.
One British person told me the Queen had to make Harry a Duke upon his marriage. Like it would have been a huge snub if she had not. As it turns out, Harry has used this title to damage the monarchy. I wish the Queen had said, "Nope, no title and working status until you and Meghan have a two-year apprenticeship--or something like that.
I suggest the real modernization of the monarchy should begin with the granting and removal of titles. All royal children get a basic title at birth (make one up, no Prince or Princess). Then they have to complete a two-year apprenticeship before being given a higher level title and full working status. If they marry, the COUPLE goes through the apprenticeship. If they don't honor this role, the title goes back to the Crown and they get their basic family title back.
This marries your historical lineage with modern management ideas of merit and fit-for-purpose. You never would have had a Prince Harry with a huge platform from which to attack you. He would not have had a huge target on his back for a grifter.
Younger generations may not go with this idea that you get fame and power just because you were born. You need to earn it.
It requires an Act of Parliament to remove the noble titles. It requires a change in the law to remove someone from the Line of Succession. All would have to be ratified and agreed by the Commonwealth as well as the UK. And the King couldn't prevent the Harkles from announcing the kids' titles, because of the arrangement made by King George V which gave the right of title (Prince, princess) to grandchildren of the male line directly descended from the Monarch.

Tom Bower is a very smart guy but I cannot agree that Meghan has the power to damage the Royal family. She was only in it for 5 minutes, what more can she possibly know that she hasn't already whined about? It is well known that many things she has said in the past were simply untrue so her words have no credibility.
The Nigerian government would have known that Harry and Meghan were NOT representing the British Royal family, but they were probably in a dilemma as exactly how to treat them.
